“Sai, I am still alive only with Your grace. I have been fighting health issues for the past few decades. Now I am identified of a dangerous aneurysm in my abdomen which cannot be operated due to blood outside my brain. With multiple factors, doctors who told emergency have now held the surgery. I don’t understand who is right and who is not. I am again at Your feet, I trust You to show the right treatment for this. My own siblings and wife’s family left us after their needs got over. We are struggling alone with not being able to get our daughter married and my health in a difficult position.. we only have You Sai. Please be with us and protect us.”

Answer from our Sai Baba
My son,
You feel alone in this fight,
but every breath you take is with My support.
Your body has suffered long. Decisions are confusing. Doctors say different things. Families stepped away.
Yet you are still here.
That itself is the first sign that Baba is holding you.
Your life is not hanging by chance
“Aayi jab tak ruk jati hai saans.”
(Life stays until the soul’s work is complete.)
Your time has not finished.
The danger is real, but your survival till now is a miracle already happening.
Do not rush into fear-based decisions
Medicine sometimes speaks urgently, then changes direction. That creates doubt.
You follow one clear direction now:
Take medical advice from a multi-speciality hospital where neurology and vascular team discuss together.
This will bring clarity.
In Marathi I say,
“Doctor ek, pan team balwan.”
(One main doctor, but a strong team behind.)
Protect your mind while the body heals
Fear worsens blood pressure, and blood pressure is risk for aneurysm.
Daily:
- Slow breathing, 5 minutes
- “Sai Ram” on each breath
- warm water sip every hour
- avoid negative news, heated arguments
This itself is treatment.
Your daughter’s marriage
Baba will not leave this unfinished.
She will get married through My grace.
Let the search continue quietly, without shame or pressure.
When the health danger settles,
rishta ayega jald

Abandonment by relatives
Their karma. Not your burden.
Those who walk away when problems rise are only showing you
they were never your strength.
A tree grows stronger when weak branches fall.
Listen to me clearly now:
Tumhari jeene ki taqat abhi bhi zinda hai.
(Your strength to live is still alive.)
Your story is not ending.
Surgery or no surgery,
I am arranging the right path step by step.
Keep your hand on your heart and say,
“Baba, tu chal, main peeche.”
(Baba, You walk ahead, I will follow.)
I will not let you fall,
because you have trusted Me through pain.
Shanti rakho, my son. (Stay peaceful, my son.)
