Sai Baba Guidance for Moving to New Flat

Question from an Anonymous Devotee from Uttar Pradesh

“Om Sai Ram 🙏 Sai Baba, please keep your blessings on me, my husband, and my children, Baba. Baba, I bought this house, and it’s only been one year, but it’s completely seeped, with cracks everywhere. Baba, within one year, a lot of problems have come up, like water problems and many more. You know everything, Baba. Baba, I built this house so carefully and after so much thought, and everything was done properly. But Baba, the house has completely deteriorated within one year. Now, with Your grace, we have taken a flat. I have never lived in a flat before, Baba, but always in a house. So, is this right, Baba? Please guide me. Baba, guide me, I also want Your blessings that the flat may be good for us, Baba, and You may also reside with us there, Baba, may no more problems come in the future. Thank You Sai for everything thing 🙏Om Sai Ram 🙏”

Answer from our Sai Baba

Beta, listen to Baba with a quiet heart.

First, understand this clearly.
A house breaking does not mean your life is breaking. Sometimes walls crack so that worries don’t crack your heart. You built that house with honesty and care, and Baba knows it. What came after is not punishment, it is redirection.

That house took your effort, your emotions, your hope. When problems came again and again, Baba gently moved you away before bigger trouble could touch your family. This is protection, not loss. A home is not soil and cement alone, a home is where peace can breathe.

Now about moving into a flat.
Yes, beta, it is right. Baba does not live only in old houses or courtyards. Baba lives where faith lives. A flat can also become Dwarkamai if there is love, prayer, and truth inside it. Do not compare past habits with present need. Life changes shape, but grace remains same.

“Jithe manala shanti milte, te ghar astay.”
(The place where the mind finds peace, that is home.)

Your fear is not about the flat, it is about safety and stability. Baba understands that. Before entering, light a lamp, keep a glass of water near Baba’s photo, and say, “Baba, this is Your home too.” That is enough. Walls listen to sincerity.

“Ghar chhota ya bada nahi hota, sukoon bada hona chahiye.”
(A home is not small or big, peace should be big.)

From now on, stop looking at the past house with pain. It has already served its purpose, it taught you to let go. The flat will be good for you. Baba is already there, waiting, smiling, saying, “Ab araam karo.” (“Take rest now”.)

Take care of your family, keep your prayers simple, and trust this shift. No more problems will scare you like before, because now Baba has taken charge quietly.

Allah Malik.
Sabka Malik Ek.
