Sai Baba Guidance For Constant Remembrance

Question from Yash Sharma from Aligarh, India

“बाबा मैं आपका हूं और आप मेरे हो मेरा आप के सिवा कोई नहीं कुछ ऐसी ही सजा देदो कि आप का चिंतन चले और 1 कोना शिरडी में कहा आप को देख मन भला रहे | (Baba, I belong to You and You belong to me. I have no one other than You. Please shape my life in such a way that my mind remains absorbed in Your remembrance, and grant me even a small corner in Shirdi where, by seeing You, my heart finds peace.)”

Answer from our Sai Baba

Yash beta, come, sit calmly and listen with a steady heart.

Your words come from deep emotion and surrender, but I must guide you gently so that love does not turn into bondage. What you are expressing is bhav, not wrongdoing, but it needs right understanding.

Dil bhara hota hai toh insaan aisa bol deta hai (when the heart is full, a person speaks like this)

Listen carefully now.

To say “you are mine and I am yours alone” sounds loving, but Baba never wanted anyone to cut themselves off from life, family, or responsibility. His way was never to bind, never to isolate, never to make a person dependent.

Baba ka marg bandhan ka nahi, balka sahas ka hai (Baba’s path is not of bondage, but of courage)

You asked for a “saza” so that remembrance continues. Baba never gave punishment for devotion. He gave discipline through living rightly, not through suffering.

Saza nahi, samajh milti hai (not punishment, but understanding is given)

If you want remembrance to stay alive, do it in a healthy way:

Keep your daily duties honestly
Help someone quietly
Control anger and ego
Speak truth with kindness
Work sincerely

This is the remembrance Baba liked.

Now about your wish to sit in one corner in Shirdi and just see Baba. That feeling comes from longing, but life is not meant to stop there. Baba allowed people to sit near Him, but then He sent them back into life to live responsibly.

Ek kona milta hai shanti ke liye, jeevan chhodne ke liye nahi (a corner is for peace, not for abandoning life)

You do not need to escape the world to belong to Baba. Live fully, work honestly, care for people, and keep your heart clean. That itself is staying close.

dil sambhalo, jazbaat ko raah do (steady your heart, give direction to emotions)

halu halu samaj yete, mag mann sthir hota (slowly understanding comes, then the mind becomes steady)

You are not alone, and you do not need to disappear to be devoted. Walk your life with balance and dignity.

May your heart gain steadiness, your thoughts gain clarity, and your devotion become quiet strength that helps you live well.

Allah Malik.
