Suffering for years without clear answers can exhaust faith and hope. Sai Baba explains why long struggles persist and how meaning and relief unfold slowly.
Question from an Anonymous Devotee from Qatar
"Om Sai Ram, hey Deva, You know my current situation and life. How it is going and what I am missing from a very long time? Please Deva, show me the way why I am suffering like this for years."

Answer from our Sai Baba
Beti, read this slowly and let it sit quietly inside you.
I know your situation, not as a list of events, but as a long inner tiredness. When someone says “I have been suffering for years”, it usually means the pain is not only external. It is the pain of waiting without clarity, of giving effort without visible return, of holding hope again and again.
Tum jo mehsoos kar rahi ho, woh akelaapan nahi, thakaan hai (what you are feeling is not loneliness, it is exhaustion)
Now listen carefully, without fear.
You are not suffering because you are bad, cursed, or forgotten. You are suffering because your life has been asking you to change the way you carry things, not because you did something wrong.
Many people suffer for years not due to lack of effort, but due to carrying everything alone, emotionally and mentally.
dukh hamesha shikavta, todat nahi (suffering always teaches, it does not break)
What are you missing, which you asked about so honestly?
You are missing self gentleness.
You have been strong for too long.
You have been adjusting for too long.
You have been hoping without resting.
Strength without rest becomes pain.
Now the way forward, very gently.
First. Stop asking “why me”.
That question has no healing answer. Start asking “what now”. That question brings movement.
Second. Reduce inner pressure.
You do not need to solve your entire life now. Solve one small part at a time.
Third. Allow support.
Talk to someone you trust. If emotional heaviness is constant, professional help is not failure, it is wisdom.
dil ko sambhalo, sab kuch ek din mein theek nakko hota (steady your heart, everything does not get fixed in one day)
Fourth. Change one habit that drains you.
Late nights, overthinking, silence, comparison, guilt, something small but consistent. Healing begins there.
Now hear this truth with care.
Your suffering is not punishment.
It is a pause before realignment.
Life is not asking you to endure more. It is asking you to live differently, with boundaries, rest, and clarity.
vel aali ki marg badalto (when the time comes, the path changes)
You are not late. You are not broken. You are in transition.
May your heart feel lighter, may answers come through clarity not pain, may your steps become fewer but steadier, and may this long season finally begin to loosen its grip.
Ram ji bhala kare.
