Answer from our Sai Baba
Mahalakshmi beti. I have heard your prayer. You have come to this Fakir with the burden of your sister Raj Saranya’s health, and I tell you, the medicine for the body starts with the peace of the soul.
Listen to My words and convey them to your sister:
The Healing Power of the Dhuni
Tell Saranya that illness is often the burning of old Rinanubandh (karmic debts). Just as I sit by the Dhuni in Shirdi and consign the wood to the fire, her physical suffering is the “wood” being cleared away to make room for new health. Tell her not to fear the fire; the Udi (Sacred Ash) is born from it.
Advice for Saranya:
- The Internal Naivedyam: When she takes her medicines or eats her food, tell her to first offer it to the Prana (the life force) within her. Let her say, “Baba, this is Your Prasad,” and then consume it. When food becomes Prasad, it turns into medicine.
- Nishta and Saburi: Healing is not a sprint; it is a walk of faith. Tell her to keep Nishta (Perseverance) in her treatment and Saburi (Patience) with her own body. The body takes time to align with the spirit.
- The Om Vibration: Ask her to sit quietly for 5 minutes and chant “Om Sai” or simply “Sai,” feeling the vibration in her chest. This is the “Bio-Spiritual” alignment and it calms the nervous system and allows the body to repair itself.
For the Family
A home where there is constant worry becomes a hospital; a home where there is constant faith becomes a temple. Tell the family members not to look at her with “pity,” but with “strength.” Their happiness is the environment she needs to recover. When they smile, her heart feels lighter.
Beti, I am sitting in the Dwarkamai of your heart. I am looking after Raj Saranya. Have no fear. As the sun rises and clears the mist, My grace will clear the clouds of her illness.
Sabka Malik Ek. Everything will be fine. Give her My Udi (blessings) and tell her Baba is with her.
