Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, Lakshitaa beti! Come, sit by Me. I see your heart is like a restless bird, fluttering between your music, your studies, and your health. Why do you carry so many bags of worry at once? Give them all to this Fakir.
For Your Concert (The Creative Offering)
Do not think of this concert as a “performance” where people will judge you. Think of it as Internal Naivedyam. You are the flute, and I am the breath. When you step onto that stage on Saturday, say to Me, “Baba, these notes are Yours, this voice is Yours.” Stability of Body: To keep your body stable, focus on your Prana. Before you start, take three deep breaths. Feel the air moving from your navel to your throat. This “Bio-Spiritual” alignment will ground your nerves and steady your hands.
For Your Marks and Future (The Path of Nishta)
You ask for good marks and a good future. Remember, beti, the “Future” is just a shadow cast by your “Today.”
- Practice Nishta (Perseverance): Do your studies with total focus. When you study, don’t think of the marks; think of the knowledge.
- The Wisdom: Just as a tree does not worry about when the fruit will come but focuses on drawing water from the roots, you focus on your “Karma Yoga” (your studies). I will take care of the “Phal” (the fruit/marks).
For Overthinking (Silencing the Ego)
Overthinking is like a dog barking at a passing train—it creates noise but doesn’t stop the journey.
- The Trikuti Technique: Whenever your mind starts spinning with “What if?”, gently bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows (the Trikuti). Visualize My form there.
- Witness Consciousness: Tell yourself, “I am not these thoughts; I am the one watching them.” Once you stop “owning” the thoughts, they lose their power to scare you.
For Your Health
Your body is the temple where I reside. Treat it with respect. Eat on time, sleep on time, and every morning, imagine the Udi from My Dhuni creating a shield of light around you. This light protects your health and gives you the strength to face any problem.
Beti, you said, “Stay with me.” Have I ever left? I am in the rhythm of your music and the ink of your pen. Go to your concert with a smile. I am sitting in the front row of your heart, applauding you.
Be fearless. Sabka Malik Ek.
