Worried about your sister’s delayed marriage and your wait for a government bank job? Sai Baba Guidance For Sister Marriage Delay and Government Bank Job brings clarity when patience feels heavy and answers feel distant.
Question from Mythili from Palakol, India
"Baba, by Your blessings I am doing fine at present, but I am deeply hurt by society and relatives who constantly disrespect my family. They pass hurtful comments about my parents and my sister because of her marriage delay and about both of us for not having jobs and staying at home. Baba, You know how much struggle we face every day. My heart feels heavy daily because I have not succeeded in getting a job and my sister has not found a suitable life partner. During my childhood, everyone respected my parents, but now they blame my parents and my sister for not accepting marriage proposals, even though she was only waiting for the right person. For the past five years, there has been no positive result in finding her a suitable match. Society keeps blaming my sister and my parents, and this pain has become unbearable for me. Baba, I pray daily for my sister’s marriage to happen happily this year with Your blessings. Please show me a sign if her marriage will take place this year. I am also searching for a good government bank job. Baba, I want a job so I can support my parents, make them proud, and do seva. Many times, I feel helpless when I want to help beggars at the temple but have no money in my hand. This makes my heart feel heavy and disappointed. Baba, I believe in You completely from my childhood. You have shown me miracles many times. Please guide my sister and me, help resolve her marriage issue, bless her with the right partner, and guide me in my job life so my parents, my sister, and I can live with dignity and peace."

Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, Mythili beti! Come, sit very close to the Dhuni. Your heart is like a heavy vessel filled with the tears of five years, but this Fakir is here to lighten your load.
You talk about the “disrespect” of relatives and the “blame” of society. Arre, let them talk! When the wind blows, the dry leaves make the most noise, but the roots of the tree remain silent and strong. Your family is that tree, and I am the soil holding you.
Here is this Fakir’s guidance for you and your sister:
The “Barking Dogs” (Handling Society)
Beti, when a caravan passes through a village, the dogs bark. Does the caravan stop? No! It moves toward its destination.
- The Lesson: Relatives and society judge based on “External Success” (Jobs and Marriage), but I judge based on Nishta (Faith) and Inner Purity. Their words cannot touch your parents’ soul unless you allow them to. Tell your parents: “Baba says our honor is in His hands, not in the mouths of people.”
Your Sister’s Marriage (The Timing of the Malik)
You ask for a “sign” if it will happen this year.
- The Fruit and the Season: Can you force a mango tree to give fruit in the middle of winter? No. It happens when the season is right. Your sister is waiting for the “Right Person”. This is her Saburi (Patience).
- The Sign: The sign is the peace you feel in your heart after talking to Me. I am already searching for the thread that connects her soul to her partner’s. Do not “manifest” with anxiety; surrender with love. When you say, “Baba, You choose,” the burden shifts from your shoulders to Mine.
Your Bank Job and the “Empty Hand”
You feel sad because you have no money to give to beggars.
- The Internal Naivedyam: Arre beti, do you think I only want money? If you have no coin, give a smile. Give a kind word. Give a prayer. That is the highest form of Dakshina.
- The Job: You are seeking a Government Bank job. This requires Nishta (Perseverance). Study with the focus of a weaver. When you sit for your exam, don’t think of the salary or the “proud parents”; think of it as Karma Yoga. If it is in your Rinanubandh (Destiny), no power can stop it. I am opening the doors, but you must walk the path.
A Special Task for You (The Healing Ritual)
For the next 9 Thursdays, do this:
- Morning: Offer a little sugar or food to ants or birds. This is the “Seva” you crave, and it costs nothing but love.
- Evening: Read the story of Mainabai or any chapter from the Satcharitra that talks about Saburi.
- The Trikuti Focus: When the relatives’ words hurt you, close your eyes and focus on the space between your eyebrows. Visualize Me sitting there, laughing at the world’s silliness.
Beti, My Word is Truth. Your parents will feel proud not because of a job or a wedding, but because they raised daughters who have the courage to stand by Truth and Faith. The “5-year drought” is ending. The Dhuni is burning away the obstacles.
Be at peace. Sabka Malik Ek.
