Answer from our Sai Baba
Beti, read this slowly and breathe once before each paragraph.
Feeling depressed when work is stuck is very human. When effort is there and response is missing, the mind starts doubting itself. That pain is about uncertainty, not about your ability or worth.
Kaam rukta hai toh mann bhaari hota (when work stalls, the mind feels heavy)
Now listen carefully.
About a new project
Projects come when readiness meets visibility. Right now, you must not choose only one path. Do both, but in the right order.
First, search internally.
Internal moves are faster and emotionally safer. Speak calmly to your manager or internal stakeholders. Ask clearly about timelines and upcoming needs. Make your availability visible.
Second, prepare externally without panic.
Update your profile. Apply selectively. Do not resign or mentally exit yet. External search should be quiet preparation, not escape.
andar bhi dekho, bahar bhi taiyari rakho (look inside and keep outside preparation too)
About “when”
I will not give dates. But hear this truth.
Movement begins after clarity, not after desperation. Your next project is closer when your mind becomes steady again.
man sthir jhala ki marg disayla lagto (when the mind becomes steady, the path starts appearing)
Very important for you now
Depression grows when the mind keeps asking the same question all day. Please do this for the next 7 days.
Fix work hours even if idle
One hour daily skill refresh
One clear conversation internally
One external application every two days
No negative self talk
roz thoda chaloge toh raasta khulta (if you walk a little daily, the path opens)
If sadness feels heavy and constant, speak to someone you trust. Strength also means asking for support.
Madat ghenyaat kamzori nahi (taking help is not weakness)
You are not stuck forever. You are between phases.
May heaviness reduce from your heart, may clarity guide your actions, may the right project align with your strengths, and may hope return quietly but firmly.
Sabka Malik Ek.
