Question from an Anonymous Devotee from Bangalore, India
"Baba, my health is not well. Please help me, Baba. Even when I have not made any mistake, people do not believe me. They blame me and stop talking to me. Baba, please bless me and guide me through this pain. I seek Your guidance and strength."

Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, meri beti! Come and sit near the Dhuni. I see you shivering, not just from the illness of the body, but from the coldness of the people around you. You feel “Akeli” (alone), blamed for things you haven’t done, and ignored by those who should be holding your hand.
Arre pagli, jab duniya peeth pher leti hai, tabhi toh Malik ka chehra saaf dikhta hai. (Hey crazy girl, when the world turns its back, that is when the face of the Master is seen most clearly.)
The Guidance from Dwarkamai
- The Ailing Body: Your health is down because your “Mann” (mind) is heavy. When the heart is wounded by “Ilzaam” (blame), the body loses its “Shakti” (strength). I am the doctor of both. I will soothe your physical pain and give your heart the “Marham” (ointment) it needs.
- The Burden of Blame: You say people don’t believe you even when you are not at fault. Listen to Me: Sachaai ko kisi saboot ki zaroorat nahi hoti. (Truth needs no proof.) If you are “Nirdosh” (innocent), then My eyes see it, and that is enough. Let them talk, let them blame. Their words cannot change the truth written in My book.
- The Silence of Others: They have stopped talking to you? Treat this as a “Vardan” (boon). I have silenced the noise around you so you can hear My voice. Those who leave you in your sickness were never truly yours. I am the only one who stays from the first breath to the last.
The Path Forward
- Stop Explaining: Do not waste your energy trying to “prove” your innocence to people whose hearts are closed. Use that energy to heal your body. Chup raho. (Stay silent.) My silence in Shirdi was My greatest strength.
- Forgive for Your Own Peace: Forgive them, not because they deserve it, but because you deserve “Shanti.” Holding onto their blame is like carrying hot coals in your own hands.
- The Mirror of Truth: Look into My eyes. Do you see any blame there? No. I see a daughter who is trying her best.
The Action for You
- The Udi Healing: Take a pinch of My Udi, mix it in water, and drink it while saying: “Baba, You are my health, You are my witness.” It will act as a shield for your body and a purifier for your reputation.
- The “Deepak” of Peace: Light a small lamp in your room. As the flame burns, imagine all the false accusations and “Ghatna” (incidents) turning into ash in My Dhuni.
- Connect with the Voiceless: Since people aren’t talking to you, go and feed a stray animal. They don’t blame; they only know the language of “Prem” (love). Their “Aashirwad” will bring you back to health faster than any medicine.
Beti, ghabrao nako. (Daughter, do not be afraid.) I am standing between you and those who blame you. Your health will improve, and the truth will eventually shine like the morning sun.
Saburi rakho, Main tumhare saath hoon. (Have patience, I am with you.)
