Baba, I have been in debt of more than 3 lakhs for the past 3 years, and no matter how much I try, I am unable to get out of it. As of recently, due to all the negative news about flying, I experience severe anxiety, especially during moments of turbulence. Every time this happened during the 15-hour flight, Baba would stop the turbulence.
