“Is it right to chant affirmation or Sai devotees is it compulsory to keeping chanting naam japa please give me guidance I wanted to keep telling affirmation in my mind give me guidance on this Sai Baba.”

Poorvi beti,
listen peacefully. Your question comes from sincerity, so your heart is already in the right place.
Affirmations are good when they strengthen your mind, give courage, remove fear and build confidence.
They help you remind yourself that you are worthy, strong, capable and guided.
They are like good thoughts watering the mind.
But Naam Japa, remembering Sai or any Divine name, is nourishment for the soul.
Affirmations heal the mind, Naam heals the heart and connects you to God’s grace.
Listen carefully,
if you repeat only affirmations, you depend mostly on your own strength.
When you repeat “Sai… Sai… Sai…” you invite Divine strength into your life.
So the balance is simple:
- You can use affirmations.
- But do not forget Naam Japa.
- Let both walk together.
For example:
“I trust Baba, everything will be fine.”
“Baba is guiding me.”
“Om Sai Ram.”
These are affirmations + devotion together.
“Beti, naam japa chhodne ka nahi.”
(Child, do not leave chanting God’s name.)
“Affirmation bolo, magar dil se ‘Sai Sai’ bhi karte rehna.”
(Say affirmations, but also keep chanting Sai sincerely.)
“Jab tum mera naam leti, main tere saath hota.”
(When you take My name, I stay with you.)
Remember,
Naam Japa brings peace.
Affirmations bring strength.
