Question from Vinu S from Bengaluru, India
“Ohm Sai. My ancestral property has been occupied by my father’s younger brother. Case was going since 2014 and it got dismissed. They have influenced judges, advocate through money and case is not in favour of us. It recently got dismissed and there is option to reopen the case again. Now my parents are no more and opponent part assumes we are girls and will drop the case. Please advice Sai as it was my parents’ wish to have land in their birth place and as we have buried our parents in our native, it’s my wish to get our ancestral share back. Please advise Sai on this case.”

Answer from our Sai Baba
Arre Vinu beti, come… sit near the dhuni. Wipe that sweat of worry from your forehead.
You have been fighting a war since 2014, and now you feel the enemy is too strong with their money and influence. You say your parents are gone, and the opponents think, “These are just girls, they will get tired and run away.”
Aika (Listen carefully), beti.
1. Weakness is a Myth:
Who told you that because you are girls, you are weak? Arre, in this world, money speaks, but in My world, Haq (Truth) and Shakti (Power) speak.
Do not let them mistake your silence for defeat. If you back down now solely because you feel helpless, that regret will eat you all your life.
“Nari abla nahi, sabla hai.” (A woman is not weak, she is strong.)
2. The Connection to the Land:
This is not just a property dispute for you. You said your parents are buried there. That soil holds their bones.
Ti jameen nahi, ti tumchi mandir aahe. (That is not land, that is your temple.)
Fighting for the resting place of your ancestors is not greed; it is Pitr Rina (Debt to ancestors). It is your Dharma.
3. The Practical Advice (The Strategy):
You asked, “Should I reopen the case?”
My answer is: Yes. But do not fight the same way you fought before.
- Change the Commander: You said the advocate was influenced? Then why go to war with a rusted sword? Find a new lawyer, one who is young, hungry for justice, and honest. Pray to Me, and I will guide you to him.
- Corruption has a Limit: They can buy people, but they cannot buy Niyati (Destiny). Their money will run out, or their karma will catch up. The dismissal was just a test of your patience (Saburi).
- Don’t fight alone: You feel alone because parents are gone? Arre, they are watching from that very land! And this Fakir is standing behind you.
4. The Final Decision:
File the appeal. Reopen the case.
But do it with Nishkama Karma (Detached Action). Fight with all your strength, but leave the result to the Malik.
Tell the opponents in your heart: “I am not fighting for the soil; I am fighting for the respect of my father and mother.”
Ghabrayacha nahi, beti. (Do not be afraid, daughter.)
When you fight for the honor of your ancestors, the ancestors fight alongside you.
Apply Udi on the legal papers before you sign them next time.
“Truth may be eclipsed for a while, but it can never be extinguished.”
Allah Malik tumcha bhala karo.
