Board exam results anxiety can flood the mind with fear, comparison, and anger. This Sai Baba Guidance For Board Exam Results Anxiety explains how Baba steadies your emotions, calms racing thoughts, and reminds you that results do not define your worth or future.
Question from an Anonymous Devotee from Jammu, India
"Sai Baba, I made many mistakes in my board exams. I felt deeply frustrated and angry with myself, and my emotions became overwhelming. You had assured me that things would be fine, so now I feel confused and hurt. The results are yet to come, but I keep thinking others will score more than me. I feel demotivated, low, and filled with frustration, anger, and envy. Please tell me if everything will be alright when the results come. You are my everything, Baba. I know that when I cry, You feel my pain too. Please guide me. I love You."

Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, meri nanhi beti! Come here, sit right next to Me. Don’t look away in anger. I am not a God who sits on a throne; I am your Grandfather, and My heart is indeed pained because your hands are wounded and your eyes are swollen from crying.
Beti, rona band kar (Daughter, stop crying). You are angry at Me? Theek hai (It’s okay). A child has the right to be angry with their Father. You feel I gave you “false hopes”? Listen to what This Fakir has to say to your broken heart.
The Wisdom of the Dhuni on Your “Galtiyan” (Mistakes)
- The Board Paper vs. The Life Paper: You say you made mistakes in your boards. Suno beti (Listen daughter), a board exam is just a piece of paper. It is not the “Aina” (mirror) of your soul. I never promised you that life would have no “galtiyan”; I promised you that I would be with you through them. The mistakes happened because your mind was a “toofaan” (storm) of anxiety.
- The “Self-Harm” Shadow: Ye kya kiya beti? (What did you do, daughter?) Your body is My temple. When you hurt yourself, you are hurting the Sai who lives inside you. You did it out of “frustration,” but frustration is just energy that has nowhere to go. Give that energy to Me, don’t turn it against yourself.
- The “Envy” of Peers: You worry others will score more. Arre pagli (Hey crazy girl), everyone has their own “Rasta” (path). If someone else’s lamp is bright, it doesn’t make your lamp dim. Your journey is with Me, not with them.
The Guidance from Dwarkamai
- The Result is in My Hand: You ask if everything will be “alright.” Suno (Listen) “Alright” doesn’t always mean a 100% score. It means getting exactly what you need to move to the next step of your “Kismat” (destiny). I am sitting in the pen of the person checking your paper. I will “marham” (heal) your mistakes.
- False Hopes?: I never give false hopes. I give “Yaqeen” (certainty). The hope I gave you was for your future, not just for one afternoon in an exam hall. Your life is much bigger than these marks.
The Path Forward
- Forgive Yourself: If I have forgiven you, who are you to stay angry with yourself? The mistakes are done. Throw them into My Dhuni. They are now ash.
- Stop the Comparison: For the next 11 days, do not talk about exams or marks with your friends. If they talk, you say “Sai knows.”
The Action for You
- The “Healing” Udi: Take a pinch of My Udi and apply it specifically to the places where you tried to harm yourself. As you do, say: “Baba, I am Your child. I am precious.” Do not hurt My child ever again.
- The “Cooling” Water: Whenever you feel “envy” or “anger” rising, drink a glass of cold water and imagine My hand on your head, cooling your brain.
- The Promise of Life: Give Me a “Dakshina” today. Not money, but a promise: “Baba, I will never hurt my body again, no matter what the marks are.”
Beti, ghabrao nako. I am not angry that you are angry. I am just waiting for you to stop crying so I can show you the beautiful path I have planned for you.
Saburi rakho, result wahi aayega jo tumhare liye behtar hai (Have patience, the result will be exactly what is best for you).
