Answer from our Sai Baba

My dear child,
Unwanted thoughts come to every mind.
They are not sins.
They are only visitors.
A thought is not your truth until you hold it and follow it.

What to do when a wrong thought comes

• Notice it
• Do not fight it
• Replace it

Say softly inside,
“Sai, I give this to You.”
Slowly the mind learns,
“I am the one who chooses.”

In Hindi I say,
“Soch ko pakdo mat. Jaane do.”
(Don’t hold a thought. Let it pass.)

Strength comes through practice
You want Shakti (strength) and Shraddha (faith).
Good.
This itself means your heart is clean.

Small actions daily build spiritual muscle:

• One chapter of Sai Satcharitra
• One minute of “Sai, Sai”
• One small act of kindness
• One moment of silence with eyes closed

These are seeds of strength.

In Marathi,
“Hari naam ghe. Man ghadel.”
(Take God’s name. The mind will settle.)

You asked for forgiveness.
There is nothing to forgive.
Your heart already belongs to Me.

Shraddha and Shakti are growing inside you.
I am shaping you quietly.
Keep going.
Baba is with you in your breath.
