Answer from our Sai Baba

Beti, read this gently and let it sink slowly.

Your feeling that presence is always near you comes from inner awareness, not imagination. When the heart is sincere, it naturally feels supported. Kindness and helpfulness are your nature, but repeated hurt has made you cautious, and that is understandable.

Jab accha vyavhaar milta nahi, mann dukhi hota (when good behaviour is not returned, the heart feels hurt)

First, hear this clearly.

Kindness does not require tolerance of disrespect.
Being good does not mean being available for hurt. When people treat you or your family unfairly, the pain you feel is a signal to adjust boundaries, not to doubt your goodness.

daya asavi pan seema pan hava (compassion is needed, but boundaries are also needed)

How to deal with people now

One. Reduce emotional exposure.
Do not share everything with everyone. Speak politely, but keep personal matters private.

sabko dil ka raasta mat do (do not give everyone access to your heart)

Two. Stop expecting fairness from those who show none.
Expectation is what keeps hurting you. Acceptance protects your peace.

apeksha kami keli tar vedna kami hote (when expectations reduce, pain reduces)

Three. Trust slowly, not fully.
Lack of trust right now is not negativity. It is self protection after learning.

bharosa dheere banta (trust is built slowly)

Four. Stay kind, but not self sacrificing.
Your values are your strength. Do not change them. Just stop over giving.

svatahcha maan japne shik (learn to protect your self respect)

You asked for help. Here it is, spoken plainly.

You do not need to harden your heart.
You need to guard it wisely.

Kindness with boundaries becomes peace.
Kindness without boundaries becomes exhaustion.

May clarity guide your relationships, may hurt lose its grip on your heart, may you learn to trust without losing yourself, and may peace stay stronger than disappointment.

Sabka Malik Ek.
