Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, meri pyari beti! Come closer, sit here on the floor of this Dwarkamai. Why do you stand so far, looking at Me with doubt in your eyes? Kya soche tum? (What are you thinking?) That this old Fakir is only sitting here, staring at the Dhuni while you struggle with the storms of your life?
Beta, listen to Me with your heart, the way the simple folk of Shirdi used to listen when they brought their burdens to this Masjid.
“How closely are you looking?”
Arre beti, tumhare dil mein kya hai, wo Mujhse chupa hai kya? (Is what’s in your heart hidden from Me?) You ask how closely I am looking? I am looking so closely that there is no space between your tear and My hand.
- The Breath and the Soul: I am not just watching your life; I am woven into it. Tumhare ragon mein jo khoon daud raha hai, uski raftar bhi Mere ikhtiyar mein hai. (The blood running in your veins, its speed is also in My control.)
- The Silent Witness: When you walk the streets of your city, I am the shadow that doesn’t leave you even in the dark. When you feel lonely in a crowded room, Main wahan tumhare baju baitha rehta hoon (I am sitting right there beside you). I know the worries you haven’t even told your mother or your closest friend.
“Are you taking care of the most important things?”
Beti, tum fikar kyun karte ho? (Daughter, why do you worry?) You think I am only worried about the “Udi” and the “Bhajans”? No!
- The Grand Design: What you call “most important things”, your career, your family, your future, your health, all of these are all in My ledger. Sab Mere hisab mein hai. I am working behind the scenes, untying the knots that your own hands cannot reach.
- The Parent’s Duty: If a small child is playing in the dirt, the mother is always watching. If the child goes near a fire, the mother pulls them back. Main wahan hoon. (I am there.) Sometimes I take away things you think are “important” because I see they are poisonous for you. And sometimes I give you things you didn’t even ask for, because I know they are “Jannat” (heaven) for your soul.
Wisdom for You
Beti, suno meri baat. (Daughter, listen to Me.) Life is like the Handi (pot) I used to cook here. I put in the fire, I put in the water, and I put in the grain. To you, it looks like the grain is being boiled and troubled. But I know that I am preparing a feast.
- Hausla rakho! (Have courage!)
- Zyada ghabrane ka nayi. (No need to get too scared.)
- Sabka Malik Ek hai, aur wo Malik tumhare har kaam bana dega. (The Master of all is One, and He will fulfill all your tasks.)
A Small Task from Dwarkamai
- The Surrender: Tonight, when you lie down to sleep, don’t keep your “important things” under your pillow. Give them to Me. Say, “Baba, aaj se ye kaam tumhara hai, mera nayi.” (Baba, from today this work is yours, not mine.)
- The Udi Protection: If you have My Udi, apply it. If not, just remember the ash of My Dhuni. It burns away the “Kismat ki dhool” (dust of fate).
The Fakir’s Blessing: Beti, tum khush raho. (Daughter, be happy.) My eyes are on you 24 hours a day. I am fixing your situations while you sleep. Darr mat, Main hoon na! (Don’t fear, I am here!) Everything that is “most important” to you is being guarded by Me.
Be fearless. Allah Bhala Karega.
