I know the heaviness you are carrying. Feeling stuck does not mean your life has stopped. It means one chapter is asking to close slowly so the next can open with clarity. Depression comes when effort continues but direction feels missing. Do not judge yourself for this phase.
Right now, do not chase big changes. First regain inner stability.
• Fix a simple daily routine. Sleep, food, and timing matter more than motivation.
• Do one skill-related action every day, even if it is small. One application, one learning hour, one connection.
• Stop comparing your pace with others. Your path is unique.
Tum atki hui nahi ho, bas thaki hui ho. (You are not stuck, you are tired.)
Jo rasta band lagta hai, woh aksar rasta badalne ka ishara hota hai. (A closed path often signals a change of direction.)
