Answer from our Sai Baba
Beti, sit quietly and read this with a soft, steady heart. I know your words come from deep worry and love for your family. A mother’s fear is never small, and when it stays for long, it becomes tiring inside the chest.
Tum jo mehsoos kar rahi ho, woh kamzori nahi hai (what you are feeling is not weakness)
You are right, worry has slowly settled in your mind because you care deeply about your children and family. When responsibility is high, fear quietly takes a seat. But listen gently now.
Fear does not mean danger is coming. Fear means the mind is trying to protect what it loves.
Dil bachana chahta hai, isliye dar paida hota hai (the heart wants to protect, so fear is born)
You asked for assurance that your family and children are protected. Protection does not always come as a dramatic sign. Most often it comes as everyday safety, timely help, right thinking, and strength to face situations calmly.
Baba’s way has always been this:
He gives steadiness, not panic.
He gives courage, not constant fear.
He gives wisdom to act rightly.
Tumhe yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki dar aur bhakti ek jaise nahi hote (fear and devotion are not the same)
You said you want to do your daily duties peacefully and remember Baba. That is a very good wish. Peace does not come by pushing fear away, but by slowly reducing its power.
Here is a gentle way forward.
When fear comes, do not fight it. Just notice it and say quietly,
“Main dekh rahi hoon, par main is dar nahi hoon” (I see this fear, but I am not this fear)
Then return to your work. This slowly trains the mind.
dil sambhalo, fikar ko dheere dheere chhod do (steady your heart, slowly let go of worry)
dhir dhara, sagla yog yogane hota (keep patience, everything happens by right order)
Also remember, caring for your health and peace is not against devotion. If fear becomes heavy or affects sleep or body, taking professional help is wisdom, not lack of faith.
You asked for protection. Protection often comes as clarity, calm thinking, and timely help. It does not mean nothing difficult will ever happen, but that you will not face it alone.
Tum akeli nahi ho (you are not alone)
May your heart feel lighter, may your thoughts become gentler, and may your home feel wrapped in quiet safety. May you find strength to live your days with trust and balance.
Parvardigar tumhare parivaar par apni meher banaye rakhe, tumhe shanti, sahas aur sthirta deta rahe. (May the Sustainer (God) continue to bestow His mercy upon your family, and may He keep granting you peace, courage, and stability.)
