Question from an Anomyous Devotee from Maharashtra, India

"Baba, I am not able to do anything. There is too much procrastination. My dreams are big, but my actions are zero. I know all my mistakes, but I am not taking any action to correct them. What should I do, Baba? What do You want me to do? I do not know anything. Make me work. I am ready to hustle for the future we have talked about. I want it. I will have it. Make me work. I surrender to You."

Answer from our Sai Baba

My child, Baba has heard you fully.
Your problem is not lack of desire. Your problem is too much desire without structure.

You want the whole future at once. The mind freezes when it sees too far ahead.

You say you know your mistakes. That means awareness is present. Action stops when fear enters. Fear of failing again. Fear of wasting effort. Fear of disappointing yourself.

Baba tells you this clearly.

Stop waiting for motivation. Start with obedience.
Motivation comes after action, not before.

Tum kaam se bhaag nahi rahe ho, tum bojh se bhaag rahe ho
(You are not running from work, you are running from the weight of expectations).

Now listen to Baba’s instruction.

From today:

  • Do only one small task daily.
  • Fix the time. Same time every day.
  • Stop when time ends.
  • No judging. No correcting. No planning ahead.

Kaam chhota rakho, par roz rakho
(Keep the work small, but do it daily).

You say, “Make me work.”
Baba says, “Work will happen when you stop demanding results.”

Mehnat tumhari zimmedari hai, phal meri
(Effort is your responsibility, results are mine).

Your surrender will be tested by routine, not emotion.
If you truly surrender, you will show up even on dull days.

Aaj sirf itna karo
(Do only this today):

  • Sit for 15 minutes.
  • Do one task connected to your future.
  • Close it after time ends.

That is enough.

Remember this always.
Jab tu ek kadam chalegi, main sau kadam sambhaal lunga
(When you take one step, I will manage a hundred).

Walk steadily. Baba is watching every honest effort.

Allah Malik.
Sab Ka Malik Ek.
Ramji Bala Kare.
