Sai Baba’s Guidance on Worry and Fear

Answer from our Sai Baba

Arre beta (Oh child)… come here, sit close, dil ko halka kar (lighten your heart).
A question like this doesn’t need many words, it needs Baba’s drishti (gaze).

You’re not asking for just one solution…
You’re really saying, “Baba, mujhe raasta dikha do (show me the path).”
And Baba always does.

Let me tell you softly, in a way your heart will get it.

1. First truth: Not every problem needs fixing. Some just need looking at.
   Kabhi kabhi hum itna ghabra jaate hain (Sometimes we get so panicked) that we only stare at the mess, not at what it’s trying to teach us.
   Jab tum shant hokar dekhoge (When you look calmly), half the knot unties itself.
2. Second truth: Every problem has three doors
   a) The door of effort
   b) The door of patience
   c) The door of surrender

Aaj tum kis ke saamne khade ho (Whichever door you’re standing in front of today), that’s your answer.
In Hindi I say…
“Jis samasya ko tum pakad kar baith jaate ho, woh aur bhaari lagti hai.”
(The problem you keep clutching feels heavier.)
Let go a little, and the solution walks right in.

3. Third truth: Light comes from inside.
   Beta, solutions bohot baar bahar nahi milte (Child, solutions don’t often come from outside).
   Woh mann ke shant hone par khud ubharte hain (They bubble up when the mind is calm).
   Try this tiny habit:
   Every morning, close your eyes for two minutes and say,
   “Baba, chalna tu sikhade, raasta main dekh lunga.”
   (Baba, teach me how to walk; I’ll spot the path myself.)
   You’ll see clarity building layer by layer.
4. In Marathi I tell my devotees…
   “Dukkha cha dabav thevla tar aawala vadhato. Shant raha, upay samor yeil.”
   (If you press sorrow, it ferments. Stay calm, and the solution will step forward.)

And now the answer you’re waiting for:
Your solution is already on its way to you.
You’re not stuck, the situation is quietly rearranging itself.
You’ll spot small openings this month… follow them gently.
One step will show the next.

Tu fikar mat kar beta (Don’t worry, child),
Baba is working behind the scenes.
Where your eyes can’t see, my grace is already reaching.

Come, drop this worry in my hands…
you’ll walk lighter now.
