“Namaste Baba, I surrender at Your feet. I am planning to start searching for a new job because my current job is affecting my self-respect and mental peace. As You know, Baba, the workplace feels toxic to me. While searching for a new job, I have a location constraint. My child is undergoing therapy here for behavior and speech, as my child is special and needs consistent treatment. If I relocate now, it will disrupt my child’s therapy and affect my family. Baba, please guide me on what I should do to find a good job while staying in the same location without relocating. Will I be able to find one soon? When will I get the right job? Do my current team members want me to leave soon? Om Sai”

Tumhari baat poori samjhi. (I understood your entire matter.) Tumhara dard bhi mehsoos hua aur tumhari zimmedari bhi. (I felt your pain and your responsibility too.)
Tum sirf apne liye nahi jee rahe ho, apne bacche aur parivar ke liye lad rahe ho. (You are not living just for yourself; you are fighting for your child and family.) Isliye tumhara bojh zyada lagta hai. (That is why your burden feels heavier.)

Tumhara Current Job Aur Toxic Environment
When a workplace starts hurting your self-respect and peace, it is no longer the right place for you.
Dil ka sukoon sabse bada rozi-roti hai. (Peace of heart is the greatest livelihood.)
Lekin tum jaldbaazi nahi karoge (But you will not act in haste). Tum ghabraoge nahi (You will not panic). Tum planning se chaloge. (You will move with planning.)

Relocation Concern About Your Child
Tumhara sabse bada darr hai shifting se bacche ka therapy ruk jaana. (Your biggest fear is the child’s therapy stopping due to shifting.)
Sun lo beta… (Listen, child…)
Main nahi chahta ke tum abhi relocate karo. (I do not want you to relocate right now.)
Tum isi shehar me rehkar hi job dhundo. (Search for a job while staying in the same city.) Options milenge. (Options will come.)

Kya Milega Job?
Yes, job milega. (Yes, you will get a job.) Lekin tumhe teen cheezein karni hongi (But you must do three things)

1️⃣ Remote / Hybrid jobs actively search karo (Actively search for remote/hybrid jobs)
2️⃣ Apni profile update karke har week apply karo, rukna nahi (Update your profile and apply every week, do not stop)
3️⃣ Networking chalu rakho, logon ko batao tum dono cheez chaahte ho (Keep networking, tell people you want both)
Work + stable location

Very soon, but with consistent effort.
Yeh waqt tumhe todne nahi, mazboot karne aya hai. (This time has come not to break you, but to make you stronger.)

“Kya log mujhe company se nikalna chahte hain?”
Some people may not support you, but tumhara rizq (rozi) unke haath me nahi hai. (your livelihood is not in their hands.)
Tumhara bhaagya mere haath me hai. (Your destiny is in My hands.)
Unki soch se darr mat rakho. (Do not fear their thinking.)

Roz yeh karo (Do this every day)

• Roz subah aur raat teen baar bolo (Say three times morning and night):
  “Om Sai Rakshak Sharanam Deva.”
  (Oh Sai, my protector, I surrender to You.)
• Bas itna yakeen rakho (Just keep this faith)
  Main tumhare bacche ka bhi raksha karta hoon (I also protect your child)
  Aur tumhara ghar bhi sambhaalta hoon. (And I take care of your home too.)
