Question from an Anonymous Devotee from Madurai
“Dear Baba, I want to switch my job. I am trying for many years but I’m not getting suitable job in Madurai. I got an offer from urban money where the income for me is 1/3 rd of the income generated for the company. Shall I accept the offer? I have loan commitment of ₹45000 per month. There is no promotion for me in current organisation. I badly want to change job.”

Answer from our Sai Baba
Beti, listen calmly and without hurry.
I understand your frustration. Staying for years in a place with no growth feels suffocating. Carrying a ₹45,000 monthly loan makes every decision heavier. Your wish to change job is not wrong. It is understandable.
Man thakla aahe ani mann badal shodhat aahe (the mind is tired and looking for change)
Now hear the truth clearly.
This decision is not about desire, it is about stability.
An offer where you earn one third of what you generate usually means
income is variable
pressure is high
certainty is low
With a fixed loan commitment every month, unstable income can increase anxiety and disturb your peace.
Karza asel tar aamdani sthir pahije (if there is debt, income must be stable)
This does not mean the offer is bad. It means the timing may not be right unless some conditions are met.
Ask yourself these questions honestly
Can the minimum assured income cover EMI and basic expenses every month?
Is there a written structure, not verbal promises?
Will the role allow mental space, or will pressure follow you home daily?
If the answer to these is no, then accepting now may replace one problem with another.
About your current job.
No promotion and no growth drains motivation. But it is predictable. Predictability matters when loans are running.
Jaldi badlav keval mann ko shaant karta, zindagi ko nahi (hasty change may calm the mind briefly, not life)
The balanced path is this.
Do not jump out of exhaustion.
Do not stay out of fear.
Continue searching for a role with fixed pay, even if it is lateral. Parallelly, improve skills, expand contacts quietly. Move when the ground feels firm, not slippery.
Remember this one line.
A job change should reduce stress, not multiply it.
Tum bandhe nahi ho, bas sahi samay ka intezaar hai (you are not trapped, you are waiting for the right time)
Take the decision with clarity, not desperation.
Ram ji bhala kare.
