Answer from our Sai Baba

Sunil beta, read this very slowly and breathe with it. I will speak to you with love and firmness, like a father who wants to protect you, your child, and your health.

First, listen to this clearly and without fear.
You have already gone through open heart surgery. Stress is not a small matter for you. Your body is giving you warning signals through anxiety and anger. This is not a moral issue, this is a health and safety issue.

Sehat ke baad koi kaam bada nahi
(nothing is bigger than health)

About fear of job loss and retrenchment

Your fear is understandable. Pressure at work, comparison with colleagues, and uncertainty can shake anyone. But fear itself is now harming you more than the job situation.

I cannot say whether retrenchment will happen or not. But hear this truth.

Worry does not protect your job.
Calm performance protects your job.

When fear takes over, focus drops, anger rises, and mistakes increase. That actually creates the risk you are fearing.

dil sambhalo, dar se kaam bigadta (steady your heart, fear spoils work)

What you must do now
Do your work sincerely, not competitively
Stop comparing yourself daily
Talk calmly to your manager if possible, ask for clarity
Update skills slowly, do not panic apply everywhere
Accept that some things are not in your control

dhir dhara, kaam shantpane kara (hold patience, do your work calmly)

About anger, your child, and beating

Now I will speak very directly, because this matters deeply.

Do not beat your child. Stop immediately.
Your daughter is 6 years old. She is not disobedient, she is reacting to fear and tension at home. Hitting her with a cane is harming her emotionally and will harm her long term.

Marna shikshan nahi hota (beating is not teaching)

Your anger is not because of her.
Your anger is because you are scared, tired, and overwhelmed.

When you hit her, three things happen
She becomes afraid of you
She stops trusting you
She learns fear, not discipline

bachchi ko dar mat sikhao (do not teach fear to a child)

From today, promise this
No physical punishment
When anger rises, walk away
Speak less, breathe more
Discipline through routine, not fear

premane shikavla tar mulgi phulte (when taught with love, a child blossoms)

About your wife and Bal Vikas

Your wife’s concern about religion is coming from misunderstanding and insecurity, not from hatred. Fighting this emotionally will only worsen the home atmosphere.

Do not argue. Do not mock.
Explain calmly what values your child is learning.
If needed, pause Bal Vikas temporarily and protect peace at home.

Shanti gharat pahije, jinkaycha nahi (peace is needed at home, not winning)

Baba never wanted devotion to break families.
Devotion should make you gentler, not more rigid.

About your health

Your anger, fear, and stress are dangerous for your heart. You must take this seriously.

Please do these immediately
Consult your doctor again
Tell them honestly about stress and anger
Seek counselling or therapy, this is strength, not weakness
Improve sleep and reduce caffeine and late nights

Madat ghenyaat laj nahi (there is no shame in taking help)

Sunil beta, hear this final truth from my heart.

You are not a bad father.
You are not a bad husband.
You are not a bad devotee.

You are a tired man who needs support, rest, and guidance.

Your child needs safety, not fear.
Your heart needs calm, not pressure.
Your devotion needs softness, not guilt.

From today, change one thing only.
Choose calm over control.

May your heart regain steadiness, may anger loosen its grip, may your child feel safe again in your arms, may your work situation stabilize, and may healing begin inside you gently but firmly.

Parvardigar mehrban rahe.
