“Om Sai Ram, I need Udi from Sai Baba as I didn’t get it for long time. This feels Baba getting distanced from me. Oh Deva please bless me wth Your divine sacred ash Udi.”

Answer from our Sai Baba
Abi beti, sit quietly and listen with a settled breath.
First, remove this thought from your heart. Baba has not gone away from you. Distance is not created by the absence of Udi. Distance is created only when the mind believes it is abandoned. Baba never tied His presence to ash, objects, or signs.
Dil ko lagta hai doori ho gayi (the heart feels a distance)
Now hear the truth gently.
Udi was never a guarantee or a reward. It was a symbol, not a measure of love. Baba often stopped giving Udi to remind devotees of this very thing. If faith depends on receiving, then faith becomes weak. Baba wanted faith to stand even when signs disappear.
Udi mile ya na mile, krupa wahi rehti (whether Udi comes or not, grace remains the same)
Do not beg yourself into fear by thinking “Baba is distancing from me.” Baba does not play games of closeness and rejection. That is the mind’s fear speaking.
Ab practical baat suno.
If you cannot physically receive Udi, do this instead.
Sit quietly once a day. Close your eyes. Place your hand on your forehead or heart. Remember Baba calmly, not desperately. Say inside, “Let my mind be steady.” That steadiness is true Udi.
Khari Udi man shant karti (real ash calms the mind)
If later udi comes to you, receive it with gratitude. If it does not, do not feel deprived. Baba’s grace is not scarce. It does not run out.
Remember this one line.
Baba’s presence is felt most when the heart stops demanding proof.
Tum akeli nahi ho (you are not alone)
Rest your mind. Let devotion be simple again.
