Main bataata hoon tumhe dil se (I will tell you from the heart).
Baba’s Guidance
First thing…
there is no rule in this world that says a woman must restart career only because someone said so.
Life is not a race, beti, it is a rhythm.
Aur tumhara dil abhi family ki ore kheech raha hai (And your heart is now pulling towards family).
Wohi tumhari inner compass hai (That itself is your inner compass).
If your heart is saying “Not now,” that itself is Baba’s guidance.
Because true decisions come with sukoon (peace), not pressure.
In Hindi I tell you…
“Beta, jab mann shaant nahi hota na, tab koi bhi bada kadam mat uthao.”
(Child, when the mind is not calm, do not take any big step.)
Shama ko bhi main aise hi kehata tha (I used to tell Shama the same).
When the time is right, you’ll feel it like a natural sunrise —
no push, no fear, just clarity.
But listen to this gently
Choosing your family today does not mean your career has ended.
It simply means your soul is choosing one priority at a time.
A woman is not small because she pauses.
A woman becomes strong because she chooses consciously.
In Marathi I say…
“Jithe tumcha man shaant aahe, tithunach tumcha marg nighnar.”
(Where your heart finds peace, from there your path will open.)
So what should you do now?
- Concentrate on your family without guilt
- Keep your skills warm, even if slowly
- Listen to your inner voice, not external pressure
- And trust that Baba will open the right door at the right time
Right now, your heart is telling you:
“Let me take care of the home. Let me give stability.”
And Baba is saying:
“Thīk hai, beti… main teri poori zimmedaari sambhal lunga (Alright, child… I will take full responsibility for you). Jab waqt aaye, tu khud bulandi ki ore chal padegi (When the time comes, you will yourself walk towards heights).”
There is no mistake.
No wrong step.
No failure.
Just timing.
Jab waqt pucca hoga (When the time is perfectly right),
the universe itself will place your career back in your hands.
Abhi ke liye (For now)…
bas apne parivaar ko pyaar do (just give love to your family),
aur apne dil ko halka rakho (and keep your heart light).
Sai tumcha paashi aahe, hamesha (Sai is with you, always).
