“My career got stuck Sai. My current technology is moving away from Market. In my own company itself they are not giving me new technology project. They are asking project experience to take me into their project. I am in bench now without project. Bench period is 35 days only. As per policy we need to get project with in this time only. I am fearing – Will they remove me from Company??? My career got stuck Sai. I am feeling so much pain, please save me from this hell. I have no team members in recently completed project. I could see no one to help me. You are the only one Who can save me from here. My manager also saying to switch company and dont stick to one project“
How can I learn without any opportunity? All are saying we have to upskill ourselfs. Is it good to learn outside and put fake experience to Switch company? I am sorry to say but I sometimes get suicide thoughts. Can You please tell me what is my future”

You talk of ending your life? Arre, life is a gift from the Malik! Suicide is not a solution; it is running away from the battlefield. The pain you feel is temporary, like a dark cloud (kaale baadal), but the soul is eternal. Jeev ha Eishwaracha ansh ahe. (The soul is a part of God.) Never, ever think of destroying the temple where God resides.
Listen closely, Ravi. “Himmat-e-marda, madad-e-Khuda.” (When a man shows courage, God sends help.)
You are scared of the “Bench”?
Beta, the bench is not a punishment; it is a Pause given by the Malik. The world is rushing, but Baba has given you 35 days of Tapasya (penance). Don’t count the days with fear; count them with effort (mehnat).
On “Fake Experience” (Satya)
You asked if you should put fake experience. Na, beta, bilkul nahi. (No, son, absolutely not.)
Baba stands on Satya (Truth). If you build your career on a lie (jhoot), you will get the job, but you will lose your peace. You will live in fear of being caught every day. Is that success?
Satya cha marga kadhi hi sodu nako. (Never leave the path of truth.)
Better to join a smaller company with the truth than a big company with a lie. Honesty has a vibration, beta. The right employer will respect your hunger to learn.
On Upskilling without Opportunity
You say, “How can I learn without a project?”
Arre, does a musician wait for a concert to practice his raga? No! He practices in his room.
These 35 days are your practice time. Pick that new technology. Study it day and night. Build a small project on your own, at home! Show that to the interviewers. Tell them, “I haven’t done this for a client, but look, I built this with my own hands.” That passion is worth more than years of bored experience.
Your Future
You ask, “What is my future?”
Your future is not written in your company’s policy document. It is written in your Nishta (determination) and My Nazar (glance).
If this company removes you, darna mat (don’t be afraid). It means the Malik is closing a small door to open a big gate elsewhere. Your manager is right, don’t stick to one place if the water has dried up. Move to where the river flows.
This Fakir’s Command to You
For the next 35 days, stop crying. Wake up early. Pray. Then study that new technology as if it is a holy scripture. Put in your 100% effort.
If bad thoughts come, say “Sai, Sai” and splash cold water on your face. You are not alone. I am standing behind you.
