Om Sai Ram, my child. Sit calmly and listen with faith.
I know your wishes.
I know what you are carrying inside your heart, even before you speak.
When you ask to lose weight, understand this first.
Your body is not your enemy.
It has been carrying stress, fear, responsibility, and care for others for a long time.
When the mind becomes peaceful, the body slowly follows.
Roz thoda sa apna khayal rakho (Take a little care of yourself every day).
Eat with awareness, walk with gratitude, sleep without guilt.
Do not punish your body. Love it, and it will respond.
About your parents and brother.
Their struggles are seen by Me.
Healing does not always come as sudden relief, sometimes it comes as strength to endure, correct guidance, right treatment, and timely support.
Have patience and keep doing your duty without fear.
Tum kehti ho, “Baba sab theek kar do” (You say, “Baba make everything right”).
