Placing Faith In Sai Baba’s Timing And Blessing

There are several experiences that I wanted to share for the last year but for some reason got lazy. Baba, please forgive me.

Experience #1: I work in IT support and have been working in a team for almost 10 years. For 4 years there was a lot of work pressure. Initially, it was manageable as my manager was a techie and understood the process and issues. For the last 2 years, we have had a manager who does not have any technical background and everyone working under him has been feeling too much pressure as he panics a lot. Due to Covid and IT folks working from home, there is even more pressure. My manager expects us to be available anytime and wants us to be proactive. I have applied for an internal transfer and he came to know of that immediately through HR. Even though I had the right skills for the position I applied for, I was informed that my skills do not match the requirement and got rejected. I was kind of disappointed. I waited for two months and have been praying for our Sai to bless me to move to another team as I could not take the work pressure anymore in that team. I have also joined the Global Mahaparayan group previously and was praying for a change on Thursdays after my reading. 

A friend informed me of a position in their team during a casual conversation and also informed their manager about my interest. From then on any important event that happened was on a Thursday. That manager contacted me, interviewed me even before I applied for the position, then had me talk to 3 other managers who are above him and the HR person reached me and asked me to formally apply for the position; all these events happened on Thursdays. My current manager spoke to me on a Wednesday morning and informed me that he cleared my move to the new team and told me that I would hear from HR on the same day, as the HR person would be on vacation from the next day which was a Thursday. I waited all day but did not hear from the HR person, and thought that I may hear back from HR only the following week. But the HR person surprised me by reaching me on his vacation day, Thursday, and informed me officially. I can only imagine that it was Sai Who was making the things happen on Thursdays to show me His presence and that He is blessing me. I feel it is a true experience of my faith placed in Him.

Experience #2: One of my kids completed his degree and applied for the next level program which is more practical training. By Baba’s grace, he had got a reasonably good number of interviews. I was telling him that he needs to give full effort which he did not, probably overconfidence and I think, spending time with a girlfriend and overlooking any advice given to him. He is at an age where I cannot be harsh on him or neglect giving him guidance.

So I prayed to Baba to teach him a lesson and give him what he deserves for his effort. He did not get selected for the program he likes, which was a competitive program. The fact that he did not get into the program he wanted, makes me feel bad. But I prayed to Baba to bless him with what he deserves, which also makes me feel lighter. As a father I want him to be happy and get what he wants career-wise, but he does not understand that he has to give his 100% in his efforts. 

I questioned myself several times about my actions and reconciled thinking Baba knows what is good and He will bless my son the next time he applies. Once again, my son has reapplied for the program he likes and this time he understands he needs to pay attention to suggestions. I still feel he is not able to prioritize his time between career planning and spending time with a girlfriend. Only Baba knows what is happening and I am praying that He puts my son into circumstances that will make him understand. I am sincerely praying to Baba that He makes my son realize what priorities he has to focus on, that he should spend less time with his girlfriend, know his limits and first get into a stable practical training program. In these rounds of selections with Baba’s blessing, I want him to get into the program that he likes and then think about a girlfriend. I Hope Baba listens to my prayers and understands that my prayers are the prayers of a father’s role.

Sai Baba’s Timings Are Perfect

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from the UK says: Thank you Hetalji and all who manage this website. Thanks to all devotees for sharing their experiences. I would like to narrate two experiences to show how Baba’s timings are the perfect timings if we surrender to Him fully.

First experience: My huge amount of money in the bank was held up in the bank for more than two years. I left it in Baba’s hands to complete it whenever Baba wishes. Baba knows perfect timings and does the work miraculously in minutes when the time comes. To withdraw that money from the bank, I had to produce an IT certificate. My husband has been getting angry every day for the last year for keeping money in that scheme. I continued praying to Baba and as relaxed as it was Baba’s wish. It took a long time for the certificate to come and then the bank was still asking for more documents. See Baba’s timings that we were in urgent need of money in Nov 2021and money got released in Dec 2021. Baba told me by the message that work would be done in 10 days which happened exactly in 10 days. 

If we had got money before Nov-Dec 2021, I am sure we would have wasted it renovating our house for our ongoing construction. We would have got interiors done lavishly and bought the wrong things. But now money has gone into perfect investment as my mum wished (she gave money before her passing away and wished me to buy land) by Baba’s grace. Baba knew exactly my mum’s wish and what was best for us and that we would need urgent money in Nov 2021; so Baba didn’t let the money get released for the last year. I was so happy that my mum’s wish was fulfilled. Thank You Baba for teaching me patience and pray that You bless me to give Your Dakshina of two paise always.

Second experience: My sis has severe back pain. She is unable to move from bed. A few weeks ago, she twisted her foot and it was swollen. I was sad as I live far away and can’t help her. She was now suffering from both foot and back pain. I prayed to Baba to help her. I kept asking her to get an X-ray done but she kept refusing it. I asked Baba the message about her and Baba said, “I am with her.” I left it in Baba’s hands and stopped forcing my sister to get the X-ray. 

See Baba’s Leela, my sister had increased foot pain after 10 days of injury and she got the X-ray was done which showed a fracture and she got the plaster. She was advised to complete bed rest. After 2 days of getting the plaster on her foot, her mother-in-law passed away. Her mother-in-law merged with Baba after being bedridden and suffering for 2 years. My sister did a lot of seva, including changing diapers for her mother-in-law. Now her extended family (sisters-in-law and father-in-law’s brothers and sisters) who never came to help when mother-in-law was bedridden but came now after death to advice to do loads of rituals, cooking particular type of food, number of prayers ceremonies for 13 days. They are very particular that specific type of food should be cooked at home, by daughter-in-law only, for almost 100 people daily. My brother-in-law blindly follows what his relatives advise for religious ceremonies even when my sister’s mother-in-law(when alive) would disagree to some absurd rituals. 

Now see Baba’s timings, my sister due to the delay in getting plaster was now in plaster and had to stay on bed rest, so she wasn’t available to do any rituals. Also, my brother-in-law could not force my sister and none of the relatives came forward to do any cooking or arrangements. So my sister ordered food from a lady who cooks this type of particular food at her home and by Baba’s grace, everyone loved her food( otherwise they are a very fussy family with food taste). 

Baba sent a few of His angels (friends, maids, cook Aunty) to help my sister with all arrangements. My sister got to rest for her back pain due to her foot in plaster. I was so happy and thankful to Baba for His perfect timing in giving fracture to my sister. Otherwise, no one would have seen her back pain and my sister would have suffered from worsening back pain due to increased workload during these 15 days. Also if she would have got plaster on the day of twisting her foot, it would have to be removed 4 days after her mother-in-law passed away, so relatives would expect her to start work around the house immediately. 

The twisting of her foot, such a small twist injury-causing fracture, my sister bearing tolerable pain for 10 days which worsened on 10th day on injury and then X-ray and plaster on the 10th day and then mother-in-law passing away 2 days after plaster were all Baba’s Leela and perfect timings. 

I know You are there for me for the biggest step and change in my life. This is all Your plan, otherwise, I had no courage to do all this. Just hold me tight Baba, be with me in my every action, and fulfill the dream You chose for me.

Baba, You know everything past, present, and future. Your timings are perfect. In my life, every struggle given by You has been there for a reason to make me better. Baba is with me always, hold my hand and let me merge in You with a small space in Your heart.

All Baba’s wishes. Bless everyone to surrender to Your holy feet and just soak in Your love. Bless all. Love You loads. 

Sai Baba Miracle

Baba, this week You helped me with so many things and did miracles which I thought it was impossible but You did it in a second. Thanks for that.

Thanks for guiding us with the bhuvan mundane program which was due for 3 years. You helped me with all my rituals and programs as 80% of You helped me to complete. Make this 100% and give me peace and satisfaction. You managed financially also You planned for our family’s refreshments. Thanks, Baba. Who else can take care like this?

Thanks for helping with office work. As usual, the week went well. You helped me with everything. Please be with me like this. Sometimes I misbehave without patience and faith. Forgive me for that and if I will talk ill about others then correct me, Baba. I should always think good for others.

You managed with a good family atmosphere, thanks for that and everything too went well. You take care of our bad wishers and guide them in Your way, Baba.

I left all our desires, lives under Your lotus feet. Give us what You think is good. Mother always does good for her children. You are my father, mother, and friend. I don’t have a single friend till now except (Om Shakthi Kallalamma) but You became my bestie. I always talk to You, ask for Your opinion even for a simple thing. Please don’t get bored of me. Make me active and give me the interest to study, guide me and You lead our lives.

Thanks for helping me to recover from my stomach ache. Make me do yoga, Baba. I am lazy.

Give good health to everyone. Please grind this pandemic soon. I know You are working towards that.

Om Sai Ram. I want to thank Baba for all of His help. Sorry, Baba for sharing this late. I had prayed that my time of the month should be delayed by a few days and that if it happens then I would share the experience. It was causing a lot of stress for me but Baba helped me and I was not able to express my happiness. Thank You so much Baba for Your blessings.

In another situation also I was praying for something that would give me a lot of happiness if done and yes, our dear Baba helped me. Baba, I am not able to say Thank You enough times for all the times You save me. We are always blessed to be Your devotees. Thank You so much dear Baba. 

Sai Baba Helped In Application Form’s Timely Submission

This experience is about my husband’s application form submission. He was applying for his dream job but due to technical error he was unable to proceed further. We prayed to Baba and surrendered at His feet. The very next day the website replied that the problem was on their side and that we should proceed further. We thanked Baba for always there to help and guide us.

Sai Baba Blessing

Thank You very much for providing water during the water scarcity time. Appa, please help us to get a good job with a good salary. We are not able to manage and not able to support our parents in any way. Please Appa, help us.
