- My first experience is about my husband’s cataract surgery in August 2024. We had both his eyes operated on, one at a time, at a local hospital. Before leaving home for the hospital, I prayed to Sai Baba, asking Him to accompany us and to be the one performing the surgery.

As my husband was driving the car, with my son sitting next to him, I sat in the backseat and felt Sai Baba’s presence next to me. At the hospital, I could sense Baba’s presence everywhere, even in the operation theatre, I felt that Sai was with us. Thank You, Sai!
- My second experience occurred when we were returning home from the hospital. My son was driving the car, but he is not very experienced, so we were all tense. I begged Sai to take care of us and help my son drive safely. Though he made some mistakes while driving, Baba ensured our safety. Thank You, Sai!

A Devotee’s Experiences of Support and Guidance from Sai Baba

Om Sai Ram!!
I’ve been plagued by my negative thoughts for a while now. Though I make a lot of effort to prevent them, those still cross my mind. I place my thoughts at the feet of Satchidanand Sadguru Sai Baba, asking Him to cleanse them as I cannot control them. And Baba demonstrates how to eliminate those ideas. But I never understood why these kinds of things happened occasionally. Are these recurring tests from Baba a sign? Why did Baba always put me through tests? I can’t help but think about these things.
I begged Him at the temple one Thursday, “Please guide so that no such thought can separate me from You.” Then, a video appeared on YouTube (I’ll provide the link), and it seemed as though Baba had personally responded to every question I had.
In the video, Ovis from Shri Sai Satcharitra have been explained, the gist is that::
“Baba constantly cultivates such unfavourable ideas so that we begin to associate His name with eradicating them and drawing nearer to Him. He performs this with Sadbhaktas in order to purify them and raise their degree of devotion.”
I am feeling a great sense of relief and empowerment to push aside the bad thoughts thanks to Baba’s prompt guidance. Baba guides and Baba only makes things possible.

Recently, we were on our way to a campsite with my daughter, and there was some confusion with the map that was loaded and suggested. However, with Baba’s grace, we were able to reach safely and on time.
