Answer from our Sai Baba
Beta, sit quietly for a moment and breathe.
What you have written is honest. And honesty itself is light. Many people hide this struggle. You spoke it out. That means conscience is alive. That means reform is possible.
Dil mein sharm aur dard dono saath hain (there is shame and pain together in your heart)
Now listen carefully, without fear.
First truth. Lust is not evil by itself. It is a human impulse. What troubles you is not desire, but loss of control and secrecy. Baba never frightened people by calling them sinners. He corrected habits, not crushed hearts.
Tum bure nahi ho (you are not a bad person)
Second truth. There is no punishment waiting for you. Fear of punishment keeps the cycle alive. Fear makes the mind restless. Restlessness seeks escape. Escape goes back to the same habit. This is how the loop runs.
Bhay se bhav badhta hai (fear increases the impulse)
Now understand this clearly.
You are not failing because you are weak.
You are failing because you are trying to fight the habit only with guilt and vows.
Guilt does not reform. Structure reforms.
Now practical guidance, very important.
One. Stop fighting the thought. When lustful thoughts arise, do not argue with them. Just notice and shift your body. Stand up. Walk. Wash face. Change place. Thoughts lose strength when the body moves.
Do (Two). Remove triggers, not willpower.
Late night phone.
Alone screen time.
Certain movie genres.
These are fuel. Reduce access. This is not morality. This is intelligence.
Teen (Third). Bring accountability into life. A trusted counselor, therapist, or support group helps break secrecy. This is not shameful. It is responsible. Baba always supported seeking help.
Madad lena kamzori nahi (seeking help is not weakness)
Four. Reconnect with meaning, not fear. Spend time daily with your daughter, even in small acts. Presence heals faster than prayer done in panic.
About thinking of Me always. Baba never asked people to cling. He asked them to live rightly. When life is lived rightly, remembrance becomes natural.
Tumhara vaada abhi nahi, tumhara kadam zaroori hai (not promises now, but steps are needed)
And listen carefully to this line.
You may fall again. If you do, do not drown in self hatred. Stand up calmly and continue correcting. That is real reform.
Man shant hoga toh vasna kam hogi (when the mind becomes calm, impulses reduce)
You are not alone. You are not rejected. You are in a process.
Keep your temple visit as a reminder, not a courtroom.
Allah Malik.
