Sai Baba Guidance For Self Improvement

Answer from our Sai Baba

Sneha beti, sit quietly and read this with kindness toward yourself.

Wanting to be good already shows your heart is sincere. When people get irritated by you, it does not automatically mean you are wrong. Often it means your goodness does not yet have boundaries, or your intention is kind but expression gets misunderstood.

Achha hona aur sabko khush rakhna ek jaise nahi (being good and pleasing everyone are not the same)

Now listen to this gently.

Some people get irritated not because you are bad, but because
you explain too much,
you give too much,
you expect understanding in return,
or you try to fix what is not yours to fix.

Goodness without limits becomes tiring for others and painful for you.

changalpanala maryada pahije (goodness needs boundaries)

Here is the right way forward.

First. Be good, but be simple.
Do your part honestly and stop over explaining. Silence often speaks better than justification.

Second. Stop trying to be liked.
When you try too hard, people sense pressure. Calm presence attracts more than effort.

Third. Accept that not everyone will understand you.
That is not failure. That is reality.

dil saaf rakho, par sabke bojh utha nakko (keep your heart clean, but do not carry everyone’s burden)

Fourth. Speak less, observe more.
When you slow down your reactions, irritation around you reduces.

Also hear this truth.

You are responsible for your intention, not for everyone’s reaction. If your intention is clean, let the rest go.

Tum kharab nahi ho (you are not bad)

Blessings do not make people perfect. Blessings give strength to remain yourself without guilt.

May your heart stay kind without self-doubt, may your words become softer and fewer, may your presence bring calm without effort, and may you learn to value yourself even when others do not understand.

Ram ji bhala kare.
