Do you panic before driving or freeze during driving tests even after repeated attempts? Sai Baba Guidance For Driving Fear And Panic speaks to those overwhelmed by anxiety, exam pressure, and fear of roads, offering calm, mental stability, and steady courage.
Question from Kanak Durka from Auckland, New Zealand
"Baba, I am too much stressed about my job and car driving. It's going to be 4 years since I came to New Zealand. People who came after me are doing car driving but I'm scared to drive on road. Last Thursday (8-1-26) I got an interview and I attended it, still no update from their side, this is stressing me a lot. In theory test of restricted license, I failed 4 times in spite of preparing. I'm seriously panicking if I go to exam hall. I can't be cool at all. Negative thoughts are coming to my mind and haunting me. Please help me Baba."

Answer from our Sai Baba
Om Sai Ram, Kanaka beti. Baba tumhari baat sun raha hoon.
You are not weak.
You are overwhelmed.
Fear has slowly entered your body through repeated pressure, comparison, and self-doubt.
You went to a new country.
You stood on your own.
That itself takes courage.
So stop calling yourself incapable.
Car driving fear is not about driving.
It is about control fear and panic memory.
When mind remembers past failures, body freezes.
Dil ghabrata hai, haath thandey pad jaate hain (The heart panics, hands go cold).
Yeh kamzori nahi hai, yeh over-alert nervous system hai.
About the interview.
Silence does not mean rejection.
Many times, delays happen for internal reasons.
Tumne apna kaam kar diya, baaki mujhe chhod do (You have done your part, leave the rest to Me).
About the driving test failures.
Fail hona tumhari value define nahi karta.
Exam hall mein jo darr aata hai, woh tumhara dushman nahi, bas tumhari body ka alarm hai.
Is alarm ko ladke nahi, samjha ke shaant karna hota hai (This alarm is calmed by understanding, not fighting).
From today, do this simple practice.
Before driving or exam preparation, say softly: “Baba, main safe hoon. Aaj sirf ek kadam.”
(Baba, I am safe. Today, only one step.)
Do not think of passing.
Think of sitting calmly for 5 minutes.
Confidence returns step by step, not in one jump.
Tum akeli nahi ho.
Main tumhare saath hoon, har road par (You are not alone. I am with you on every road).
Fear will reduce.
Opportunity will align.
But first, breathe.
Allah Malik.
Sab Ka Malik Ek.
Ramji Bala Kare.
