Answer from our Sai Baba

Beti, read this slowly and with care for yourself.

Long-term headache and daily tablet use is not a small matter, and I am glad you spoke honestly. When pain stays for long, the body starts depending on medicine, and that itself can create more headaches. This is common and treatable, but it needs the right steps, not fear.

Dard jab roz aaye, mann thak jaata (when pain comes daily, the mind becomes exhausted)

First, hear this clearly and without panic.
Do not stop the medicine suddenly on your own.
Sudden stopping can worsen headaches. What you are facing may be medication overuse headache, stress related headache, migraine, cervical issues, or sinus related pain. Only proper evaluation can clarify.

What you must do now

Consult a neurologist or physician
Tell them honestly how often you take tablets
Follow a gradual reduction plan if advised
Get tests if suggested
Track headache pattern, sleep, food, stress

Doctor ka sahara lena bhakti ke khilaaf nahi (taking medical help is not against devotion)

vaidyancha upaay shantpane ghya (take medical treatment calmly)

Now listen to the inner part.

Daily headaches often come with
stress
suppressed emotions
poor sleep
neck or posture strain
anxiety

Medicine numbs pain, but does not remove the cause.

dard sirf sharir ka nahi hota (pain is not only of the body)

Please start these gentle supports alongside treatment
Fixed sleep and wake time
Adequate water
Daily walking
Reduce screen time
Simple neck stretches
Quiet breathing when pain starts

Do not blame yourself for dependency. You were trying to function despite pain. Now it is time to heal properly.

apla sharir shatru nahi ahe (your body is not your enemy)

You are not weak. You are responding to prolonged discomfort. With correct medical guidance and calm discipline, this cycle can be broken.

May the right doctor guide you, may the root cause be identified, may dependence reduce safely, may pain ease steadily, and may your body and mind return to balance.

Allah Malik.
