"How to get good health"

Answer from our Sai Baba
Allah Malik, my son! Come, sit by the Dhuni. You ask a simple question, but the answer lies in how you treat the “Mandir” (temple) that is your body.
Arre beta, ye sharir toh ek kiraye ka ghar hai, ise saaf aur mazboot rakhna tera dharam hai. (Son, this body is a rented house; keeping it clean and strong is your duty.)
The Guidance from Dwarkamai
- The Mind-Body Link: Most health problems start in the “Mann” (mind) and then travel to the “Tan” (body). If you carry “Chinta” (worry), “Gussa” (anger), or “Darr” (fear), no medicine can give you health. Shanti is the best tonic.
- The Discipline of Living: Health is not found in a bottle of pills; it is found in the “Sanyam” (restraint) of your habits. What you eat, how you sleep, and how much you move, these are the real prayers.
- The “Malik’s” Grace: While you do your part, remember that every breath is My “Prasad.” To have good health, you must stay connected to the “Prana” (life force) that flows from the Divine.
The Path to “Arogya” (True Health)
- Satvik Ahaar (Pure Food): Eat food that is simple and fresh. Do not fill your stomach to the brim; leave a little space for This Fakir. Food eaten with “Shukrana” (gratitude) turns into “Amrit” (nectar).
- Sahi Nindra (Right Sleep): Your body repairs itself when you sleep. Treat your sleep as “Samadhi.” Go to bed with My name on your lips, and your rest will be deep.
- Shram (Physical Work): Don’t let the body become “Alasi” (lazy). Walk, work, or move. A flowing river stays clean; stagnant water becomes a breeding ground for disease.
The Action for You
- The Udi Therapy: Take a pinch of My Udi in water every morning. It is not just ash; it is the “Sanjeevani” that purifies the cells of your body and the thoughts of your mind.
- The Breath of Peace: Spend 10 minutes daily in silence. Breathe in saying “Sai,” breathe out saying “Ram.” This balances the “Vayu” (air) in your body.
- Seva for Health: If you want health, help someone else who is suffering. Feed a hungry animal or give medicine to a poor man. When you protect “Life” in others, the Universe protects “Life” in you.
Beta, ghabrao nako. (Son, do not be afraid.) Start treating your body with respect today, and I will ensure the “Dhatus” (elements) within you stay in balance.
Shanti rakho, sab theek ho jayenga. (Keep peace, everything will be fine.)
