Sai Baba Protection During Child’s Illness

An Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from India says: I am Sai’s Child.

Sairam.

I want to share how Sai Baba has held our hands through one of the most frightening phases of our lives, and how we are certain He will continue to guide and protect us.

Our child suddenly started getting a fever every six hours without fail. The temperature would spike to 100–102°, he would start shivering, and after giving the syrup or antibiotic, he would settle down, only for the fever to return exactly six hours later. This cycle continued endlessly, and our fear kept growing.

Eventually, our doctor told us he had to be admitted. He was in the hospital for three days, and those were some of the toughest days for us. Both of us, being in the event industry, were heading into peak wedding season with all dates booked. We initially felt sad seeing unexpected gaps in our schedule, but later we understood those very days were divinely arranged, because those were the exact days our child fell sick and needed all our attention.

Even during admission, the fever kept spiking. On the third night, out of helplessness and faith, I started chanting the Vishnu Sahasranama from 12 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. Still, the fever returned, and my heart was filled with fear.

That is when the doctor said we must shift him to Mysore for better treatment. It was a Thursday, Baba’s day. We took a referral and admitted him to the ICU. Even there, for a full day, the fever spikes continued. Throughout this time, we prayed to Sai constantly and gave Udi to our child every time.

We had a major event to execute, and both my husband and I had to be physically present. My brother stepped in to stay with our child at the hospital. Before leaving for the event, I randomly picked a number from a website and messaged a Sai devotee requesting a puja on behalf of our child. He immediately agreed and helped.

The next day, at around 12:54 p.m., while we were at the event, the Sai devotee messaged saying the puja had been performed in our child’s name. On the same day, at 8:55 a.m., the long-pending report which had been delayed for five days finally came in (probably around the same time the puja was done).

It revealed the cause of all the spiking fevers: MRSA bacteria in his body.

Within hours, doctors began the right antibiotics, and for the first time in many days, we felt a sense of relief. I still call this Sai’s miracle that the puja was completed, and immediately the much-needed report arrived, on a day when we had one of our biggest events. Everything aligned so perfectly that we were able to handle the event well, and the client was extremely happy.

After the event, we rushed back to Mysore. Within two to three days, our child improved and was discharged. The fever stopped completely, and he is now on oral antibiotics to eliminate the bacteria fully.

Through this entire journey, we could feel Baba’s presence guiding us, protecting our child, and arranging people and events in ways we could never have planned ourselves.

We are certain that Sai, who brought us safely this far, will continue to bless and protect our entire family.

Thank You, Sairam.

Sai Baba’s Timely Grace in Protecting Her Child and Safeguarding Her Work

An Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from the UK says: I’m Baba’s daughter.

I want to share an experience where Sai Baba helped me reach my daughter’s after-school club on time. I left the office, and there was a lot of traffic on the way, and I was getting worried. I did call the club and told them I would be late. By Baba’s grace, I reached on time and was able to pick up my daughter. Thank You, Baba.

Also, regarding my job, I work in a defence company, and the firewalls are pretty secure. Recently, I shared an Excel file from my personal email to my office email, but it hasn’t reached my office mailbox yet. I’m praying to Baba now so that He unlocks the email and makes it reach safely without me getting into any trouble. The file contains office information and nothing major; I’m just worried about why the email hasn’t come. Please help me, Baba, and I will write again once the email arrives
