Answer from our Sai Baba
Anitha beti, sit with calm breath and read this slowly. I know this moment carries fear. When the body shows signs that do not belong to its age, the mind immediately jumps to the worst. That fear is human, not weakness.
First, hear this clearly and honestly.
Post menopausal bleeding must be investigated, and you are doing the right thing by going for tests today. This itself is protection.
Sehat ke mamle mein deri nahi, samajh zaroori (in health matters, delay is harmful, clarity is protection)
Now listen carefully, without panic.
Bleeding after menopause does not automatically mean malignancy. There are many possible causes such as
hormonal changes
benign growths like polyps
thinning of uterine lining
infections or inflammation
medication effects
Some conditions are serious, yes, but many are treatable when detected early. Tests are not to confirm fear, they are to remove uncertainty.
chikitsa spashtata detey, bhiti nahi (medical tests give clarity, not fear)
Please do this today with steadiness
Go through all tests advised
Ask questions clearly
Do not assume results before reports
Do not read online conclusions
andaza nakko lagao, report ka intezaar karo (do not guess, wait for the report)
Also remember this important truth.
Fear weakens the body. Calm supports healing.
Whatever the diagnosis, early attention gives options.
Tum akeli nahi ho (you are not alone)
Medicine, doctors, and timely action are also forms of grace. Do not think faith means avoiding tests. Baba always sent devotees to vaidya when needed.
vaidya ani vishwas donhi hava (doctor and faith, both are needed)
Right now, do not ask “Is it malignant”.
Ask instead “What is the next right step after results”.
That question keeps strength alive.
May the reports bring clarity, may fear loosen its grip on your heart, may the doctors guide you wisely, may treatment be effective if needed, and may your body receive support and healing with dignity.
Allah Malik.
