Sai Baba’s Blessings in Love and Hardship

My Situation: On the 16th of August, my girlfriend and I broke up. We ended our relationship due to uncontrollable circumstances related to her health. She has a condition that is highly contagious and could be passed on to me or our future children. We were both heartbroken, shedding so many tears, as we had to part ways in such an unfortunate manner.
Prior to this, I had been accompanying my mother to the Sai Baba temple in my home country of Malaysia. My mom is a devoted follower of Sai Baba and believes in Him deeply. Going back to July, I followed my mother to the Sai Baba temple for her weekly prayers as she goes every Thursday, as Thursdays are known to be Sai Baba’s day. At first, the prayers conducted in the temple and Sai Baba Himself did not resonate with me. I shared my feelings with my mom, and she respected my perspective.
Of course, regardless of whether Sai Baba resonated with me or not, I still respected Him fully. Whenever I accompanied my mother, I prayed as a sign of respect, but I wasn’t truly a devotee, nor did I believe or know much about Him. To put it simply, I didn’t have faith in Him.
Fast forward to August during Mercury retrograde, I began to feel deeply insecure. The constant overthinking triggered depression, anxiety, and panic attacks all over again. Coincidentally, that week, my mom was going to the Sai Baba temple in Brickfields (a place in Malaysia where the Sai Baba temple is located). I decided to follow her and prayed because, at that moment, even though I didn’t fully believe or have faith in Him, I felt I needed all the help I could get.

At the start of August, my girlfriend (ex) decided to take a medical test for herself. She took the test on August 15th and received her results immediately the next day. When her test results came out on August 16th, they came back positive for the illness (for privacy, I won’t mention the illness). That night, we made the heartbreaking decision to end our relationship. I was devastated, as I loved her dearly, but we couldn’t continue due to her health issues.
The following week, on the 22nd of August, I visited the Sai Baba temple again, this time surrendering my ego and pride, praying for a miracle to happen regarding my girlfriend (ex). The next day, on the 23rd of August, I had a strong feeling that her test might have been inaccurate. Something inside me told me that the results had come back too quickly to be reliable. Acting on this instinct, I called another place to inquire about the details of the same test. They informed me that a normal test for that type of illness typically takes 3–5 working days, but my girlfriend received her results within just one working day.
I believe that this strong urge or gut feeling was Sai Baba guiding me to call another place for clarification. The lab I contacted was one I trusted completely. For privacy reasons, I won’t mention the lab’s name.
From August 23rd to the following Thursday, I felt compelled to visit the Sai Baba miracle page (Hetal Ji’s page) to see if there was even a 1% chance that my girlfriend (ex) and I could be together again. Reading the Sai Leelas on the page gave me immense hope and motivation.
On August 29th, the following Thursday, I bought the Shri Sai Satcharitra from the Sai Baba temple. I began reading it that same day, slowly but steadily (I did not complete it within one week). I read one chapter at a time, almost daily.
On Sunday, September 1st, after completing my daily reading of one chapter in the Shri Sai Satcharitra, I put the book down and prayed to Sai Baba for my wish. At that moment, I got up to check my WhatsApp messages. I finished my reading at exactly 1:26 PM, and to my shock, I saw a message from my girlfriend (ex). She told me not to worry about anything and that we could work things out together. The timing of her message was also exactly 1:26 PM. I was stunned and immediately broke down in tears. This was the first miracle I experienced with the grace of the great Sai Baba.
Prior to that, on Saturday night, we had spoken and agreed that she would take a retest on October 9th at the lab I trusted.
Moving on to mid-September, we met to celebrate my birthday dinner. After dinner, I gave her a whole packet of Sai Baba’s UDI and asked her to mix it with water and drink it every day until October 9th. I also advised her on how to pray to Baba and ask for help. From September 12th until October 9th, she took the UDI with water and prayed to our Sai Baba. During this period, I kept receiving signs and messages from Baba that everything would be okay. I would receive messages such as “Don’t worry, I will handle the unknown,” and “Leave the uncontrollable to me.” These messages gave me the strength to get through the tough month of September.
Also, on my birthday this year, which was on September 12th, it happened to fall on a Thursday (Baba’s day). My family and I went to Baba’s temple to celebrate my birthday and to pray to Baba for His blessings. We also sponsored lunch for the entire temple. It was a fantastic day, and I experienced a wonderful prayer to Sai Baba. The priest ended my birthday prayer with a beautiful surprise birthday song, with the chorus being, “Happy Birthday to (my name), may Baba bless you.” All the devotees at the temple joined in singing the song. I felt so amazing that day, and it truly was a blessed birthday for me.
During the prayer, I also stated my wish and intention for my girlfriend (ex) to be cured of whatever she was suffering from. From September 12th until October 9th, it was a rough period for both my girlfriend (ex) and me, mentally and emotionally. One day, my mental health was so bad that I looked up at the sky and asked Baba for help or reassurance to ease my worries and reinforce my belief that He was handling everything I couldn’t control, or that a miracle would happen. After about an hour, I saw somebody holding an umbrella with the logo of the lab that I trusted. From that moment on, I felt a sense of relief. Sai Baba was reassuring me that everything would be okay and that my girlfriend (ex) should go to that trusted lab for the retest.
On October 9th, the day she went for the retest, I finally finished reading the Sri Sai Satcharitra and prayed one final time for a miracle to happen, asking that my girlfriend’s (ex) test results would come back negative.
On October 11th, the results came in, and to my shock and amazement, the results were negative. I was overjoyed to hear this. This illness was not curable by science or modern medicine.
This Is Truly A Miracle. I Was Speechless. Om Sai Ram. May All Of Baba’s Blessings Be To All Of Us.
