Sai Baba’s Protection in Family Health Crises

I had faith in Sai Baba, but it grew stronger day by day as I witnessed His miracles and blessings upon my entire family. Baba’s blessings have been countless, but I want to share three major instances where it felt as though He personally guided us.
Sai Baba’s Blessings in My Elder Daughter’s Injury
When my elder daughter was just three years old, she got a deep cut under her chin while playing, which led to excessive bleeding and severe pain. My husband took her to multiple hospitals almost four of them and all the doctors said she would need stitches, hospitalization, and general anesthesia. As a mother, I was extremely worried, knowing that it would be too much for my little child. I sincerely prayed to Baba, saying, “Please do something so that she heals with medication and doesn’t need stitches.”
To our surprise, from morning till evening, as my husband kept searching for solutions, he visited her pediatrician, who then referred us to a surgeon. The surgeon advised that, at her young age, the wound should heal naturally. Instead of stitches, they applied a tight tape and waited for 24 hours to observe the response. By Baba’s blessings, my daughter recovered completely without any hospitalization. This was the first instance that strengthened my faith in Baba.

Sai Baba’s Intervention in My Younger Daughter’s Diagnosis
When my younger daughter, then eight years old, complained of stomach pain, we gave her medication for three days, but there was no improvement. Concerned, we took her for an ultrasound (USG), and the doctor diagnosed her with appendicitis, recommending immediate surgery. I was devastated and prayed to Baba, pleading for His intervention so that she could recover without surgery.
By chance, we consulted another doctor at a different center while preparing for a CT scan. This doctor reviewed the USG report and suspected an error in the diagnosis. When the CT scan results came in, they were completely clear, she did not have appendicitis! Instead, she was suffering from a urinary tract infection (UTI), which had caused the stomach pain. Once again, Baba showered His love and blessings on my children and saved us from unnecessary surgery.
Sai Baba’s Protection During My Husband’s Dengue
The most crucial incident was when my husband suffered from severe dengue. His fever was alarmingly high, and his platelet count was dropping rapidly. The doctors informed us that he needed immediate hospitalization. We were all extremely worried, but I held on to my faith in Baba. Shraddha (faith) and Saburi (patience), these were the two things I reminded myself to practice.
My husband was admitted to the hospital, and his treatment began, including platelet transfusions. I applied Baba’s Udi on him and prayed with complete trust, believing that Baba would remove the virus and heal him. Despite the damage caused by the illness, we finally saw an improvement in his platelet count on the sixth day. Baba was once again kind to us and strengthened my faith in Him.
Sai Baba’s love and miracles have been a guiding force in my life. I am forever grateful for His presence and blessings. I am always grateful to Baba and bow my head while remembering Him for being there for His devotees.
