Beti, suno dhyaan se (Daughter, listen carefully).
A mother’s heart always worries about her child’s future. That concern is natural. Jab beti ka sawal ho, mann apne aap bhaagta hai aage (when it is about a daughter, the mind runs ahead)
Now the truth, said calmly.
No one can say yes or no about campus selection in advance. Baba never fixed outcomes. He looked at effort, readiness, and patience. Job results depend on many moving parts. Skills, confidence, timing, and sometimes plain chance.
Iska matlab yeh nahi ki kuch hoga hi nahi (this does not mean nothing will happen).
What matters is this.
If your daughter is preparing sincerely, attending interviews with a steady mind, and learning from each attempt, then something will open, even if not in the first round or in the expected place.
Kabhi pehla darwaza band hota hai, doosra khulta hai (sometimes the first door closes, another opens)
Do not make her carry your fear. Give her calm encouragement, not pressure. A peaceful mind performs better than an anxious one.
One grounded thought for you.
Campus selection is one path, not the only path. Many careers grow after one rejection. Baba often delayed things to protect people from wrong fits.
