Here’s my experience. I worked in an organisation for 6.5 years but never received proper recognition, even though I worked hard. I became very depressed about my career, as I was not getting a suitable job despite my experience. At that time, I was 30 years old, feeling unhappy and hopeless about my future. I feared that, with my experience, I wouldn’t find another job. Additionally, I didn’t have time to attend training for other courses due to the demands of my current job.

I considered resigning to improve my career, but I was confused about whether it was the right decision. Since I was unmarried at 30, I worried about how I could remain financially independent after marriage if I quit my job. With all these questions and doubts, I decided to continue working.
During that time, I met a guy in my office who later proposed to me for marriage. After a few months, I grew fond of his behaviour and accepted his proposal. However, I prayed to Baba for one of us to find a better job, as I didn’t want people discussing our relationship, especially since we were both in the same company and our careers were not settled. I felt if we both stayed in that organisation, we wouldn’t find peace, as we had been known there for years. I also didn’t want to share personal details with colleagues about how our journey started.
I started the Nav Guruwar Vrath and asked Baba to grant a new job to one of us so that we could leave that organisation, where we both felt dissatisfied with our careers. Then, Baba’s miracle began. I was amazed at what unfolded over those nine weeks. Several changes happened in my favour.
A relative of mine, who worked at a reputable company, met my sister at an event. My sister explained to him that I wasn’t getting recognition for my hard work. He asked me to forward my resume, so I did, though I didn’t know much about the job process. After speaking with him, he told me that although I had over six years of experience, it wasn’t relevant to the job profile. He offered me a position as a fresher, with a salary double what I was earning. I decided to join as a fresher at that company.
At the time, I held an Assistant Team Lead designation and earned only 16k per month. Due to COVID, I didn’t receive a raise, even though I was promoted. Those were dark days, and I cried endlessly. But Baba saw my tears and had better plans for my future. I joined the new company with a salary of 32k per month, and I was overjoyed because it gave me hope for a career change. I was genuinely surprised and grateful for Baba’s blessing in getting this job.
The Nav Guruwar Vrath completely transformed my life. In those nine weeks, not only did I get the job, but my marriage was also arranged with Baba’s blessings. Both our families accepted our marriage, and I will share that miracle in my next experience.
I now understand why Baba blessed me with this job and not my husband. After marriage, I realised multiple times how Baba saved me by giving me this opportunity. I was astonished by His leelas. I struggled for 6-8 months after joining the new company, but Baba stood by my side and helped me overcome those difficulties. My health deteriorated, and I struggled, crying every day. I had to travel 30 kilometres to reach the office, but Baba came with me every day, and I felt His presence guiding and protecting me.
Despite my weakness, I managed to travel to work daily, even though I couldn’t walk properly. I was depressed, often pulling my hair out and crying, but Baba saved me. I pushed myself not to give up and prayed to Baba for strength. He held my hand and supported me through those hard times.
I completed two years at the company on May 6th, and as of writing this on May 11th, I’ve been promoted twice and now earn over 50k per month. I’m finally happy with my career and receiving recognition for my hard work.
Thank You, Baba, for everything. Please continue to be with me and bless us financially. Always guide me. You never let me slip. You took away my pain and blessed me with peace. Please bless us with children and peace in our lives, and please take care of me, as my mental health is not good at my in-laws’ house. You know I am suffering, and that’s why You gave me this job, to help me escape from home for some hours to find mental peace. Baba, You see my tears and pain at my in-laws’ home, and I hope You soon bless my husband with a good job.
I will end this experience with: “Trust Baba and wait for His timing. He will definitely give the right things at the right time.”
