Sai Baba’s Timely Healing

This is the leela of my dear Baba saving my mom from great danger and healing her and taking care of her during tough times.

It was just before the summer holidays, and my mom was coming home by bus. She was sitting in the last seat, and after some time, the driver drove rashly and applied brakes suddenly. The people sitting in the last row got hurt badly, but everyone was alright. My mom started experiencing heavy pain in her back. She said the pain was unbearable. Even after getting down from the bus, she couldn’t walk properly. She tried to call someone at home, but couldn’t connect. Despite so much pain, she came walking home. I was not at home; she called me that night and told me about the incident.

I thought Baba saved her from something very bad because the night before, I had a terrible dream. I was praying to Baba that everything would be fine. But my mom’s condition did not improve. We thought it was due to the pain and she would be alright with some rest. But the next day, her condition worsened. She couldn’t even wake up or stand to do household work. This pained me deeply because there was no one to take care of her, to wake her, or to feed her.

The next day, when I called her around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was still in pain and hadn’t eaten. After I called, everyone started calling her for lunch. I asked Baba why this happened. I had prayed to Him to take care of my family, yet this problem arose. This wasn’t the only issue; she already suffered from severe health problems. Who would take care of her now, Baba? Who would take her to the hospital? Besides this, everyone blamed her for falling into problems and causing trouble to others. When I heard this, it pained and angered me, but I kept quiet, believing Baba would answer them.

The next day, my father took her to the hospital. They found a minor injury in her back, nothing serious, no spinal cord injury. They advised two weeks of rest, no sitting, only standing or lying down. My mom decided to go to my grandmother’s house because staying at home meant doing household chores, which would worsen her pain. So, my father took her to my granny’s house.

There, for fifteen days, Baba healed her. It was a little longer rest than she had taken in recent times. It was also a holiday, so there was no office work for her. It had been years since she had spent so much time at her home. Usually, she only went for special occasions and returned immediately after. My grandmother always cried because my mom never found time to stay for longer periods like other children did.

I remembered my grandmother’s words because it seemed Baba heard their prayers. He sent my mom there to heal, despite her karma. Without Baba, she might have faced great danger. Instead, our Sadguru Sainath averted the danger and gave her a peaceful rest during her holiday, allowing her to spend time with her mother and satisfy their hearts.

My Sadguru Sainath knows the hearts of everyone. He takes care of each one of us. Meanwhile, I, not knowing His plan, foolishly blabbered and was angry with my Deva, questioning why He didn’t protect my mother. I am truly sorry, Deva. I made a mistake. Please forgive me, Baba. No matter how much I try to calm down, I can’t, Baba. Please forgive me, Deva. Thank You for healing her, Deva. Always protect her, Deva, and shield her from any evil eyes, Baba.

One more thing to mention, my mom completed her Thursday Pooja at my grandmother’s house. Thank You, Baba, for saving her. Please continue to protect my family from evil eyes, Baba. Also, my father is suffering from high blood pressure. Please heal him, Deva, and protect him. Nothing should happen to him, Baba. Make his reports normal, Baba. Om Sai Ram.

Sai Baba’s Silent Cure

The day before yesterday, I suddenly started experiencing fever symptoms like back pain, headache, and so on. By the evening, the actual fever hit, and I didn’t have any tablets. I didn’t have enough strength to go out and buy them either, so I decided to sleep and skip dinner. But my roommate, around 8 PM, woke me up, telling me to eat something. I told her I couldn’t eat because I had already vomited once and felt that eating would make it worse. She then told me she would bring food from outside along with some tablets.

However, she only brought vomiting tablets, not fever medicine. I realised I hadn’t mentioned the fever properly to her, so it was fine. I thought I would take fever tablets in the morning if needed. I ate the food, took the vomiting tablets, and went to sleep.

But then things got worse. The fever intensified, becoming unbearable with shivering, body pain, headache, and cold symptoms. I felt utterly drained. Negative thoughts started entering my mind. I worried about the mosquitoes around and thought, “What if it’s dengue?” Also, the previous day, a cat’s claws had scratched me, and I wondered if that had caused these symptoms. I usually don’t get fevers, so this made me anxious. I tried to push these thoughts aside and began chanting “Om Sai Ram” for a few minutes. I couldn’t fall into a deep sleep, and around midnight, a new problem began i.e.stomach pain. I had to go to the washroom twice, feeling so weak that I feared I might collapse while walking. Then, around 4 AM, diarrhoea started, and I went more than twice before morning.

The next morning, I skipped breakfast and didn’t go to college. I decided to go out to buy some tablets, ORS, bread, and fruits. While walking, my muscles cramped because I hadn’t eaten anything. After returning to the hostel, I ate, took the tablets, and slept. But the diarrhoea wasn’t resolved. That day, I had to go to the washroom every half hour to an hour. By the evening, the fever subsided by Sai Maa’s grace, and the next day, the diarrhoea stopped. Meanwhile, vomiting also occurred, but everything was resolved through the grace of our Deva.

Sai Baba’s Watch Over a Mother’s Health

My next experience is again about my mom. She has had some issues regarding her menstrual cycle, for which the doctor prescribed tablets to reduce excessive bleeding. However, this time, the bleeding was much heavier and wouldn’t stop. When I heard this from her, I was about to cry because of her situation. She is already a thin person with low haemoglobin levels, and this continuous bleeding, lasting for days, made things worse.

I prayed to Baba, asking Him to resolve this issue, and I told my mom to visit the hospital. When she went, they gave her some more tablets. She is still on medication, but now she is doing better.

Please, Baba, continue to bless her, make her healthy, and keep her well. Bless my dad as well.
