Sai Baba’s Blessings in Grandfather’s Cancer Recovery

On Thursday, 2nd November 2023, we took my grandfather for tests and a biopsy due to digestive problems. His blood work and lungs were clear, a blessing! However, during the biopsy, the doctors found a stone in his small intestine and sent a sample for further testing. It was an anxious wait for the results, and I prayed desperately for Baba’s mercy.

I read miracle stories on this site, but I sensed hints of cancer from Baba. My worry intensified. When the report arrived, it confirmed colon cancer. I begged Baba to heal my grandfather. As I prayed, Baba gave me a sign, a darshan through a passing vehicle. It felt like a promise.

The doctors informed us that we were fortunate; the cancer was detected early, at Stage 3, and was treatable. Surgery was scheduled. At the hospital entrance stood a small, beautiful Baba temple, a reminder that He was with us. I offered biscuits and chocolates to Baba and prayed continuously during my grandfather’s operation, chanting “Om Sai Ram” and also reciting the Kasta Nivaran sloka.

The surgery was a success, a medical miracle, as the doctor described it! Though recovery was challenging, Baba’s grace was undeniable. My grandfather was able to walk within a week and was discharged after 15 days.

Baba, forgive my delay in sharing this! It slipped my mind. Please accept my mistake, merciful Baba. Thank You! Now my grandfather is doing well.

I am blessed to be part of this Mahaprayan group, which gives me strength and courage every day to face life’s challenges. Today, I want to share my experiences:

1. With Baba’s blessings, I cleared a job interview that I had been dreaming about for a long time. Initially, I was very scared, but Baba gave me the strength to face the interview. There were two rounds, and to my good fortune, it was scheduled on a Thursday, which boosted my confidence to face and clear the interview.
2. We had a very important function at home, and I prayed to Baba that it would not rain that day, as it would inconvenience the attendees. By Baba’s grace, it did not rain, and the function went on smoothly without any problems.
3. I have had health issues and was unable to conceive for a long time. I prayed to Baba wholeheartedly, and I conceived. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage. I believe Baba has a reason for this, and I am confident that I will conceive again and deliver healthy babies with Baba’s blessings.

Thank You, Baba, for always being with me, helping, guiding, and supporting me through both happiness and sorrow. I surrender myself at Your lotus feet.
