Workplace Stress Eased by Sai Baba’s Blessings
Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee Nayana Poojari from the UK says: I’m Nayana, living with my kids and husband. I have known Baba since 2005. He has been my backbone.
I want to share an experience about a difficult business output I had to deliver based on financial data. The dependency here was that the finance team needed to provide the data. I was just 10 months into this organization, and without knowing how to present the data, it was challenging.
The first meeting didn’t go well, as my manager had lots of questions, and I was unable to answer them. However, the fact was that finance hadn’t provided the data on time. After the meeting, I went to take a bath and, afterward, sat in front of Baba. I got a strong feeling that I should finish reading the Sai Satcharitra in one week. It was a Monday, and I completed my chapters for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Unfortunately, on Thursday, I got my periods and felt very disheartened that I couldn’t finish. Yet, I believed in Baba and trusted that He would help me with the final review.

The finance team updated the slides on Sunday night, and my presentation was scheduled for 9 a.m. the next day. I was very nervous since presenting in person makes me anxious. By Baba’s grace, the final review went well. Though questions were asked, I managed to answer them, and most of the action points were directed toward finance. Thankfully, it all went smoothly with Baba’s blessings.
Baba, I have one more presentation next week. Please help me ace that as well. Instill confidence in me to present effectively in person. This role is very demanding, and I trust You to guide me through it.
Also, Baba helped me reach the office safely this week when I took the car. It was raining heavily, and I felt scared on the highway. I kept chanting “Om Sai Rakshak Sharanam Deva”. Moments later, the rain stopped, and I was able to drive safely. I thanked Baba for His protection.
Baba, thank You for everything. You know about the pain in my right forehead, and I bow to You for help in overcoming it. This work is stressful, and I don’t know how I will manage. Additionally, I am currently in a low band despite holding a higher role.
Please do something about it. I believe in You Baba.
