Sai Baba’s Blessings During First Shirdi Visit

An Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from India says: 🙏 Saranam Sri Gurudeva Datta Saranam Sri Sai Datta Jai Sairam 🌹

Namaste Sri Hetalji and Team Sai Sat Yug Network. Thank you for providing your platform to Shri Sai’s devotees ….world wide…for sharing their experiences with Shri Sai Baba.

Ever since I became a regular reader of your posts and started reading the experiences of devotees, I too wanted to share my experience with Shri Sai Baba.

This is a bit of a lengthy narration, which I am posting below.

Before the Shirdi Visit

At the outset, I must state that I am a devotee of Goddess Sri Lalitha Amma and my Guruji in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I am a firm believer in a Guru, and for me, the Guru is God.

I think it was in the year 2000, during the Dussehra festival, that I was facing severe financial difficulties, and my son had also undergone surgery for a stomach problem. The prescribed medicines for post-surgery were very costly, and I was purchasing them using a credit card. These medicines were also causing severe body heat, due to which my son was unable to take them. In addition to these problems, my house owner was pressuring me to vacate the house as I was unable to pay the rent on time.

With all these problems weighing on my mind, I used to walk to my office in Hyderabad, a distance of about 5 km. On my way to the office, I used to visit the Sri Durga Devi / Sri Lalitha Amma Temple and do pradakshinam. At that point in time, although I had heard of Shri Sai Baba and His miraculous powers, I was not a devotee.

One day, while doing pradakshinams in the temple, I received a call from my wife saying that all four of us myself, my wife, my son, and my daughter would go to Shirdi that evening, and she asked me to arrange money and reservations.

As it was Dussehra time, I told her that it would be difficult to arrange money (a loan) and get reservations at such short notice. After some time, she called again and said that the loan had been arranged and that she had managed to get a bus reservation for two people. We requested the bus driver to accommodate two more people, and he obliged.

Perhaps Shri Sai Baba wanted us to visit Shirdi, as we somehow managed to arrange both the loan and the bus reservation.

We reached Shirdi on Thursday morning. This was our first visit to Shirdi, and we had no idea about the place. We went straight to the temple and took a room in a hotel near the temple.

After refreshing ourselves, we purchased puja items and went for darshan at the Samadhi Mandir. By the time we reached Shri Sai Baba’s platform, the idol was being prepared for the midday aarti. This was our first experience of listening to the aarti. After the aarti and Baba’s darshan, we came out and had free lunch at Shri Sai Prasadalaya.

In the evening, we went to Dwarakamai and had darshan of the Dhuni and Baba. It was a very nice experience. While coming out of Dwarakamai, we noticed a heavy rush of devotees. On inquiry, we were told that since it was Thursday, preparations for Baba’s procession to Chavadi were in progress.

We decided to watch the procession and were fortunate to find a good spot right in front of Dwarakamai, from where we had a clear view.

After dinner at Shri Sai Prasadalaya, we returned to our room. On inquiry, we came to know about Shri Sai Bhakta Niwas, a spacious accommodation provided by Shri Shirdi Sai Sansthan. With Baba’s blessings, we got a reservation, and the next day we shifted to Shri Sai Bhakta Niwas.

On the second day of our visit, after darshan, we hired a cab to visit Nashik. We trekked to Brahmagiri Hills, the origin of the River Godavari, had darshan of Shri Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlingam, and visited other temples in Panchavati.

On the third day, we visited the Shri Shanidev Temple at Shani Shingnapur.

On the fourth day, after darshan, with Baba’s blessings, we got a reservation on a train to Hyderabad.

After the Shirdi Visit

After reaching home, by Baba’s grace and blessings, my problems related to my son’s health, credit card issues, and shifting to a more spacious apartment were miraculously resolved immediately.

Since then, my devotion to Baba has increased manifold, and I regard Him as my Sadguru. I started visiting Baba’s temple near my house daily, and on Thursdays, I participated in Baba’s procession. I also began reading the Shri Sai Satcharitra and other books on Shri Sai Baba.

In due course of time, my financial situation and office work improved considerably. I was able to purchase a flat in my hometown, Visakhapatnam, and also bought a car.

My devotion towards Baba has now increased to such an extent that whenever I am traveling and silently praying to Him, He miraculously appears in the form of a Shri Sai Temple or a photograph.

At Present

I retired from government service in the year 2013. Even after retirement, Baba has provided me with a pension and gainful employment in the private sector.

By Baba’s grace and blessings, I was able to perform my daughter’s marriage. She is now blessed with a daughter and is residing in the USA with her husband.

At present, my son and I are unemployed and fully dependent on Baba’s grace and blessings for our spiritual, material, and financial needs.

Baba is my Sathguru Guide Councillor and Healer

🙏 Jai Sairam 🌹

Sai Baba’s Graceful Blessings During Sacred Temple Visits

An Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from India says: I am from Karnataka, India.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to Baba, and I also thank the entire team for your wonderful seva.

After nearly a five-year wait, I had the chance to visit the Kamakhya Devi Temple in Guwahati. I prayed to Baba that I should not face any negativity during my visit to the temple, and Baba blessed me with a wonderful darshan and havan pooja.

One day, I prayed to Baba to resolve my servant issue, as they were not picking up my calls and I suspected something was wrong. However, they had a problem with their phone speaker, and the issue was resolved on the same day.

I also prayed to Baba that I should not get my periods during the aggi of the Veerabhadra Temple and that I should not experience any negativity. By Baba’s grace, I was blessed to participate in the aggi, palki, and Mangal aarti.

So,as promised I am posting my 4 prayers which became fruitful here and apologise for being late.

Kindly bless me Baba and decrease my temper.

Thanks Baba for always being there for me.
