Sai Baba Helped Devotee Find a Tenant
An Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from India says: I am a devotee of Sai Baba since 8 years.
Om Sai Ram!
I would like to thank this forum for the wonderful work it is doing. I am sharing my experience here as I had promised Saibaba that once my prayers were answered, I would share it here.
I own a flat which I had given on rent, and suddenly the tenant vacated it. I had to look for another tenant, but I was facing some difficulties and became quite worried. There were so many conversations and follow-ups involved, and I was very anxious, especially because I live in Germany and coordinating everything from here was very difficult.
I prayed to Saibaba that if everything went smoothly and I found a good tenant, I would share my experience here. By Baba’s grace, yesterday I handed over the keys and completed the agreement.
Thanks to Sai Baba. Please help me Sai and look after me. OM Sai Ram

Sai Baba’s Healing Grace for a Child’s Health
Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee Divya Walia from India says: Baba has been guarding us all since 2009 and we hope He will continue to bless us with His love.
In September 2025, my son developed a cough, which he frequently gets due to allergies. His birthday was in a few days, so I prayed to Baba to make him better soon. Baba helped him recover before his birthday, but I forgot to share the experience.
Then, in November, he got the cough again, and I remembered my forgotten promise. Last night, he could not sleep well due to the cough, so I prayed to Baba to give him good, uninterrupted sleep, and I promised that I would post the experience. Baba listened to my prayers and blessed him with good sleep.
Baba, please forgive me for the delay in posting this experience, and please cure my son of these frequent allergies and bless him with good health.
