I noticed a patch of dry skin, light in colour, on my daughter’s arm that seemed to be getting bigger. I panicked, wondering what it was and why it was spreading. Fortunately, we have a doctor in the family, so we visited them the same day to find out more. They reassured me that it was simply a very dry patch that required a specific type of cream.
Before seeing the doctor, my mind wandered, and I became consumed with worry, imagining worst-case scenarios that I couldn’t control. I pray that Baba always helps me remember to have faith and patience and to chant “Om Sai Ram” whenever I feel anxious.
