Sai Baba Got Condo Keys Before The Court Hearings

Wishes and thanks to site coordinators for their splendid work in uniting all Sai devotees on this common platform. I got a new tenant in May 2019 through one of my friends who seemed excellent and a decent family. The father was running a business in a different country and just the 2 sons lived in my condo. All the initial paperwork and lease agreements went on as usual and thanked Baba for bringing these tenants.

But things started to change from the 1st month. The father sent me a message requesting not to deposit the cheques as his account didn’t have enough money but promised to send via wire/e-transfer. With good intentions I agreed but even after day 7, nothing was sent. I checked with his father on the 15th and he said that he would send it ASAP. Finally, during the last week of the month, he sent me just half the rental amount but promised to pay the remaining next month. Agreeing again I remained silent. 

The same delay started to happen every month till date (July 2021) and he either sent no rental for 3 – 4 months or quarter or half of the rental amount. I pleaded with him many times saying that I have a mortgage to pay only with this rental amount and this delay is severely going to affect my credit score. But he didn’t really listen. 

The father is quite rich and runs a business back home. The two sons (living in my condo) are also quite well-off, owning two high end cars and paying mortgage for their cars. They didn’t pick my calls nor answer my text messages about the condition of rental payments. My condition became pathetic. Father was not sending rentals nor sons were answering calls/messages and my mortgage payments were getting difficult. I was left alone and sought Baba’s attention since He was the One Who brought these people. In Baba’s name I gave them N4 notice (pay rental outstanding or evict) and also gave them N12 notice to evict for not paying rent by agreed date. They got angry and blocked me on whatsapp. Their sons threatened to sue me if I kept asking for rent or disturbed their father’s rents. They told me to check with their advocate for anything. I was baffled. The hard-earned money I invested on my condo was being used by some unknown cheaters. I left this issue to Baba and told Him to take over. 

On the last day of the notice period, they paid me an outstanding of 3 months. But now it’s the same issue. They haven’t paid me for 3 months. As per the N12 form, they were supposed to vacate the condo by May 5^th, but I didn’t hear anything from them. I got to the court hearing on Aug 12 and cried several times to Baba. ‘Why Baba?’ Two days back (July 13), my wife called one of the tenants(son) and that guy said that they vacated 3 months back and we didn’t collect the keys from us. 

We were shocked and said, “What! How do we know that you have vacated. Today is the 1st time I am hearing this.” My wife told me all that happened and I sent a message to that son to immediately hand over the keys and its illegal to still hold after You have vacated. I got the keys that evening and visited the condo. I don’t have words to describe. They ruined my condo, it was untidy, food was dumped in the fridge, no water in any taps, CO alarm covered in foil, trash bags kept outside the balcony and empty boxes thrown everywhere. I was in tears! I still have to take the court hearing on Aug 12 to submit all these documents and evidence to recover my outstanding rentals etc. 

Thanks Baba for getting the condo keys from those guys even before the hearing. I don’t know how to express my happiness, relief and gratitude to You Baba. I have yelled, scolded You many times but You know what state I was in at that time. Baba, You did so many things to me and I still can’t believe that I have the condo keys. It’s all because of You. You still have one more job on this Baba and You know it very well. I promised Baba to write this up once I have the keys and things are sorted smoothly. Please accept my prayers Baba. You are my Saviour!

Sai The Ultimate Healer

This venue helped me get out of a very desperate situation about 10 years ago. And then I became distant from this family. My mistake and I will never do it again. 

This is less of an experience and more of a plea to Baba through all of you. My son is stuck in a very toxic relationship that has completely ruined him in every way – health wise, financially and emotionally. He has become codependent on a girl with severe psychological problems. We have tried everything humanly possible to get him out of this but nothing worked. As Satcharitra says, when all else fails there is only one recourse – Baba. Through all of you I am begging Baba to get him out of this. I have given up my favourite food. I have 100% confidence that Sai will do a miracle and my son will come out of it. I will share that miracle with all of you as soon as it happens. 

As I was typing this I am reminded of what He told me through several experiences that He will take care of this situation.

(1) Our local Baba temple started a daily parayan. One of my friends suggested that I join that group so I opted in. However, as I was late I was not given a spot. I was a little sad but decided that I would do it later. Later in the evening the administrator called me and said “Baba wants you to do the parayan. Someone decided to drop off and I am giving you her spot. I thus got goosebumps and assurance too.

(2) My sister asked me to write a letter to Baba, and I did. In the letter I asked for 3 things – to pull my son into Sai Darbar, to give my son the mental strength to make the right decision as his horoscope is pretty scary and to give me an indication that He heard me. 

I kept the letter near Baba on Thursday. Later in the day I started reading my allocated chapters (28 and 29) as a part of Mahaparayan. The first paragraph in the chapter talks about how Baba will pull His people like a string tied to a sparrow no matter how far they are (answering my first question). In the next chapter he talks about Tendulkar’s hesitancy in taking an exam because of his horoscope and how he should not care about horoscopes and just trust Baba (second question). 

What else do I need? I got the assurance from my Baba. There are other direct answers He gave me that assure me that He will take care of my son and He will. Jai Sairam. Thank You Baba.

Baba’s Miracle In Restoring Computer Backup

Hi Hetalji, foremost many thanks to you for this modern digital Sai Satcharitra collection where devotees can post their experiences, prayers and thanks to Sai to their hearts content by themselves. 

Coming to my experience, I am an IT professional working for a MNC in Bangalore. Due to work from home availability currently due to the pandemic situation, I work out of my native place, a 2 tier city in Tamil Nadu. Our biggest fear in WFH is getting any problem with the office provided laptop. As a nightmare coming true, on 11th July 2021, my laptop got corrupted during an update. My IT team said that there was no option but to reinstall the OS in the machine. This was a real sad update for me to hear. I somehow managed to take a backup of files from my laptop. I copied the backup to my 1TB hard drive which had all of my personal, banking, and official data for the last 20 years of my experience. After reinstalling the OS and crossing through a very buggy phase, my laptop was finally ready. Then I wanted to copy from my hard drive the backup I had taken. 

When I had connected and opened the hard drive, I could only find some 4 McAfee files in it and none of the data that I had copied. I was stunned and literally went numb as this was 20 years of all critical personal and professional data. I just completely lost sleep. I could not believe that both my laptop and hard drive were giving issues at the same time. I kept praying to Sai and was going mad in stress. I was given flower seva in a temple on 14th July 2021 at noon time. I kept praying that all should go well by that time. On 14th noon, by Sai’s grace, somehow I could do it with some correct documentation and help files and recover my data successfully. This was nothing sort of a miracle and I really could not even imagine losing all personal and official data. I would have been so helpless and heartbroken. 

On 13th July, I had asked in Sai Question and Answers if I would get my data back. I got the answer as “You will have the company of a Saint. Work will be completed”. This message gave me courage and didn’t let me totally go mad. Thankfully I was able to restore data by 14th July noon almost at the same time flower seva was done in the temple.

Koti thanks Sai for His most kind grace in my stressful situation. I pray that Sai always helps and protects His devotees who run to Him. Sainath Maharaj ji Jai!

Sai Baba’s Grace

Coming to my experience : On 26th June 2021, I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai for my mom, son, daughter and myself for the next day (i.e. 27th June, 2021 9:30 am) and after booking the ticket I got a message that RT-PCR is mandatory for flights to Mumbai. First I felt maybe it is not that much mandatory but after my father inquired about it, from a few YouTube videos, responses from whatsapp groups and calling up the airport of Hyderabad and Mumbai etc. I learned that it is mandatory. So immediately we went to the testing centre and asked them to send it on an emergency basis as we had to travel the next morning. They said it would take around 16 hours etc. 

Our boarding was at around 9:30am on 27th June, 2021 and we gave the RT PCR testing on 26th June, 2021 at around 9:30am -10:00 am. I was a little worried and was praying our beloved Sai Baba that the negative results should come fast and the journey should be good and also I would share my experience on this portal and leave it to Him. In the evening, I got a message that the negative test results of my mom and kids came but my result didn’t come. I went to the testing centre to enquire about it. They said it would come in sometime but I was a little scared thinking why it didn’t come. It was around 9:00 pm and they were about to close the centre. They asked me to wait for sometime as the status of my report was showing as its waiting for some signing at the main centre and they might sign it soon. Then after waiting for some time I got the message on my mobile that my test results have come. I informed them and they quickly checked the status in their computer and gave me the printed copy of the negative test result. 

I took the printed copy of the 4 test results and was very happy and stress free. Next day we took our flight and reached Mumbai. Needless to say it was a very smooth journey by the grace of our Sai Baba. Om Sairam. Love You always. Please excuse me for my mistakes. Baba please accept my pranam at Your feet. Om Sairam. Sai Baba’s Miracle On Devotee’s Yesterday’s Wish

I had a miracle experience yesterday. I am not a big devotee of Sai Baba. I didn’t worship Him. But after seeing this blog and a few instagram posts I thought Baba will help me and started praying to Him and I started chanting Sai Samartha daily by using one of youtube videos. Yesterday I wanted one wish to come true and I was chanting Sai Samartha https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MmwH_wefRxY

While chanting I prayed Baba that before completing this video please make my wish come true. I prayed to God that I will share my experience here as well and will keep 9 coins and will visit Shirdi. Really it’s a miracle that my wish came true yesterday. I don’t want to mention my wish but it really came true. 

I kept on chanting Sai Samartha and I need to keep 9 coins. Due to some problem I didn’t keep 9 coins. Once that problem is resolved I will share my experience as well and I will soon visit Shirdi as well. Really I believe Baba. He did so many miracles after starting the chanting of Sai Samartha. Please Baba help me on like this and bless me and everyone. Om Sairama. Om Sai Baba. Jai Sai Baba Jai Sairama. The first thing I said to Baba is that once my wish comes true, in the morning the first thing I would do is write about my experience and I did. Thank You Baba. Please help me and everyone Baba.

Sai Gave His Prasad

Thank you Hetalji and team for giving us a platform to praise our Baba and showing us the path of Shraddha and Saburi.

I am Suman and I live in the US. I have been Baba’s devotee for a few years. Every time there is a problem, confusion or need of clarity I tell my Baba to show me the path. 

I have seen miracles every time I pray with full faith. “Sai chi Vandan karo Baba ji Vandan” these lines are so apt and I keep on chanting them.

In this post I would like to share that I have been facing a stomach ache for a month and have shown it to doctors. No solution was working and one day based on faith I put Udi on my stomach and I spent the full day happily. I had wished for a healthy day and my Sai gave me His prasad to keep me healthy. Baba aapke charno mein mera koti koti pranam.

Baba I pray to keep my family in good health. Bless everyone with health, wealth and happiness. May You shower Your grace on everyone. Om Sai Ram.
