We used to visit Shirdi quite frequently. However, due to the past few years and the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s been almost 5 years since we could visit. Last year, I was very sure I would go, but again due to work, the trip kept getting postponed. Whenever I read Sai Satcharitra, I used to come across the mention that if Baba wishes, the parrot is brought to Shirdi with a thread attached to its feet. So, I was hoping that soon Baba would call this parrot to Shirdi too.

As the schools were closing for the summer holidays, I somehow decided that even if the full family couldn’t go, I would go alone and visit Shirdi. My mind was very disturbed, and I wanted to go during these holidays without fail.

Suddenly, my husband and kids said they wanted to come with me too. I thought flight tickets for everyone would be too expensive during holidays and moreover, how would we get tickets at the last moment because it was just a sudden decision. I just told my husband to check availability in Pune. We generally go to Pune and then proceed with other family members to Shirdi. Guess what? Only 8 tickets were available, and we were 5. Immediately we booked it, and just in half an hour, Pune tickets were confirmed. I felt so happy, that Baba’s call finally came.

While booking these tickets, our return tickets were on the waiting list. I had 100% confidence that this problem too would be taken care of. We had a superb darshan in Shirdi. I wanted to attend the aarti, and we reached just as the aarti started. That wish was granted. Everything went so smoothly as if Baba was eagerly waiting to see me too. We had a nice time, and our return date was approaching, but all tickets were only on the waiting list. Not one seat confirmed, imagine four of us without one seat confirmed, an 18-hour journey, how to manage? My husband jokingly said, “Use your recommendation with Baba and see if He can do anything.” Six hours before the journey and not one seat confirmed, I kept praying and praying. Three hours before the chart was prepared, I packed all the bags and was just checking if any one seat got confirmed so at least half of us could go first, and then we would see if we could get a ticket in Tatkal for the next day. But my daughter was praying that the whole family would travel together. Baba granted both my and her wishes. Guess what? The chart was prepared, and 2 seats were confirmed. We just rushed to the station.

We decided to adjust the night with just 2 berths, but again, remember in Sai Satcharitra it’s written, “He who calls, makes all arrangements, and takes you in His viman.” Our co-passengers didn’t board the train, so we got 4 berths and slept comfortably, reaching our home safely without any major troubles.

Baba, You are great. Every step You stand by me. Om Sai Ram. When the ticket issue was getting out of control, I just thought if it gets confirmed, I will share this miracle in this group. And I had forgotten. Yesterday, suddenly I remembered, and I thought I would do it today without fail.

Shirdi Sai’s Benevolent Presence: Overcoming Challenges with Faith

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Baba Devotee from India says: Om Sai Ram. I would like to keep myself anonymous. I joined Mahaprayan in 2019. Ever since I joined Mahaprayana, I have experienced Sai with me whenever I needed it. I prayed that I would share a few of my experiences here.

Two months ago, I was suffering from a urinary infection. This was the first time in my life I was having this problem. I was rushing to the washroom every half an hour. I was avoiding consulting a doctor, fearing that it might be something dangerous like cancer. I was feeling very uneasy. As many suggested that I consult a doctor, I did so, praying to Sai that it should not be something serious. The doctor said that there was nothing to worry about and gave me medicines for three days.

One more reason for me to worry was that we had to go to Tirupathi, as our booking was done long ago. My fear was that with this infection, how would I go? We also heard that it takes nearly 8 hours for darshan.

One more problem was that I could not stand for long as I had varicose veins. But my Sai solved both my problems. My infection was cured, and we finished our darshan within 2 ½ hours. That is my Sai; He knows our small difficulties and is there to guide and help us. He is always with my son and takes care of him, protecting him from evil things.

Once when I felt that Sai was neglecting me and was angry with him, I got this message which was posted in one of Sai’s groups: “I will never neglect you. I am always with you.” Thank You, Sai, for always being with me and my family in each and every step of ours. I also thank the Global Mahaprayan group for bringing us close to Sai.

My first experience goes like this. I am currently working as a general dentist in a private clinic where we treat special children and uncooperative children under general anesthesia. As an assistant doctor in general anesthesia cases, I must attend the hospital by 5:30 AM in the morning. On one particular morning, I wasn’t feeling well due to a stomach upset. I was tense because I had to enter the operating theatre in just 5 minutes. Although my senior doctor could manage the case alone, having an assistant doctor could speed up the treatment process. Since I had come to the hospital to attend the case, I prayed to Sai Baba that I would share this experience if I got well before starting the case. After the treatment, I even forgot that I was suffering from a stomach upset. The treatment went well and quickly. Baba listens to all our prayers 🙏

My second experience was this:

Besides working as a dentist, I’m also an event manager. We are a team of 5. We had a celebrity engagement event scheduled for the month of March. It was a large-scale event, and everything was going smoothly. However, three days before the event, one of my team members’ uncles fell sick and was admitted to the hospital. He was in critical condition for two days. If something happened to him, it would have been difficult for us to manage the event. We prayed to Sai Baba to make the uncle healthier and the event successful. So here I am sharing my experience with Baba.

Navigating Life’s Challenges: A Devotee’s Journey with Sai Baba

Sai is everywhere; He is near me, He is with me, He is also around me. I have had many experiences with Sai since my childhood till now. Whenever I share my problem with Him, He is ready to help me somehow. I am a devotee from Germany but have been living in Norway for five years.

Before coming to Norway, I was very busy with kids as they were small. After coming to Norway, I went through lots of mental health issues along with my thyroid. 2020 was a year of life change when I came to know about depression. But I still remember Baba helped me through my friend and kept me engaged, and it improved my health. Baba, I bow down and keep my head under Your divine feet.

Again, after two years, I am going through stress, anxiety, and fear. The doctor says it can be thyroid imbalance or perimenopause. It can also be due to moving stress as we are again moving after 5 years to another place.

I bow down, Baba, to help me face these difficult situations. Again, I will share my experience with You.
