I work in an MNC, and we follow a hybrid model, which is 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home, totaling 5 days in a week. In a month, 12 days are mandatory to work from the office. In the first week of the month, I worked for 4 days, and 9 more days to work in the month. In the second week, I was not feeling well, with a heavy cough, so I needed to get exceptional approval for 2 weeks from the manager and HR by submitting medical documents to work from home. If not, I would have to face some consequences (maybe salary deduction, leave deduction, variable pay deduction). Initially, I thought that they would approve since it’s valid. I have sent mail for approval, but I didn’t hear back any response from them. I have followed up multiple times, and my lead too. After 2 weeks, they rejected it. Then, I prayed to Sai Thandri to help me on this issue, and I will post my experience on this holy site. My lead supported me and responded to them stating my health reasons, and they have approved for this time. Thanks a ton, Sai Thandri, for helping me with this issue. Sai Thandri, You know what I am going through in terms of career and health. Please help me sort this out and give me some peace of mind.

With Baba’s grace and kindness, I got a new job last year. I was really excited and thankful. However, my hiring manager was not honest, and he favored some folks in the group whom he knew from previous jobs. He didn’t give me any assignments or work. As a result, I had no output to show. At the year-end, he gave me a poor rating. I was devastated. The manager even offered that I could opt for a package to leave. I cried to Baba that You only gave me this great job and now why is this happening? I didn’t even get to prove my abilities. I know it’s all my karma, but in my heart, I knew Baba was there to help his devotees if we held on to his feet. I just found out that my unfair manager left the company.

Thank You, Baba, for saving me from this bad situation.

Please, please assign me a good manager who acknowledges my abilities and hard work.

I am willing to work hard. Please guide my intellect to the right path and honesty to fulfill my duties at work, at home, and in this world.

Please forgive me if I have forgotten anything. I was having some trouble sleeping, and I prayed that if Baba helped me sleep well, then I would share the experience, and yes, I was able to sleep at least for a little bit and better after that. Thank You, Baba. Baba, thank You also for saving us this weekend. We were stuck in a lot of traffic and a very bad thunderstorm. I prayed to Baba that if we reached home safely, then I would share the experience, and yes, Baba cleared the traffic and made us reach safely. Baba, thank You for being with us. Baba, thank You also for helping solve the situation with our family friend. I thought that maybe I had done something wrong, but they called, and it wasn’t my fault. My husband was worried and tried applying to other companies. Nothing was working out due to his age and experience. Finally, the company gave notice to him to leave in 2 months. With Baba’s grace, he got an opportunity to attend an interview at another company the very next week. Coming to my experience, I was trying to add one of the members to my network provider portal, but it was getting denied and delayed.
