With Sadguru Sai Baba’s blessings, I am continuing with my contract. After the startup tensions and struggles, I wished to share my experience here. I used to spend sleepless nights, even on long weekends, without spending peaceful time with my family. Also, due to financial commitments from my end, I had a lot of misunderstandings with my husband. It used to affect our relationship, but he is a very nice person, supports me from all angles, and helps me when needed. Maybe I set up expectations very high; that is my mistake. With His blessing, I survived in this job every day. At times, work is too hectic, and I’m not able to focus time on my kids or cooking food for the family. My husband is putting his 100% into the kids while I am too occupied with work, even after work hours.
Hopefully, He will give me the strength to balance my career, family life, and kids, and bless us with good health to raise our two kids. Sadguru Sai Baba, please give me the courage to communicate with all groups of people in the organization, and the knowledge and wisdom to understand the business functionality. Grant me a good name with self-satisfaction and satisfaction for others, and bless the friend who referred me here.
